DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!They Send you the Wrong sizes and then will not take back THEIR mistake. I am out money and have bras that don’t fit!!!

Worst customer service EVER. Sent multiple enquires re my never-received-expensive online exchange. You can’t talk to a human. I keep being sent ‘give us your feedback’ emails (which I mark ‘bad’). No one cares. No one responds. Buyer beware!! Don’t waste your hard earned money. *update* it’s disappointing that it took 2 bad public reviews to finally get a response from Knix. I wish they would invest more time and energy into employing more staff or creating a better contact system for customer issues

I am extremely impressed with Knix policy for returns, along with their products. Not only were they understanding when my purchase did not fit, I was told to donate the bra to those in need. This is the kind of company I can really get behind. Thank you, Knix team!

Knix won't stop spamming me. I have attempted multiple times to unsubscribe from their mailing list, including speaking directly to customer service agents twice. Nothing seems to stop the flow of unwanted ads from Knix.
They also pressure customers to provide their email address even when making in-store purchases, saying that they will not allow a return on any product if you don't give them your email address.

Knix offers incredible customer service and holds a genuine interest in community involvement. Canada Post had lost my package and Knix sent a replacement. A couple of weeks later, Canada Post found it and delivered the original. When i approached Knix to return it, I was told that I could donate it to charity. Incredible company values - not just corporate profits!

Les culottes sont très confortables... Mais sont tellement cheap ! La matière, la finesse, l'emplacement absorbant (ne l'est pas assez, soit dit en passant). On dirait du dropshipping...
J'en ai acheté 3 en mai dernier, et nous sommes en juillet (je les ai donc portées 3 ou 4 fois maximum) et les 3 sont abimées au niveau de l'élastique du haut !

En comparaison, j'ai depuis 2019 des culottes de la marque FEMPO (françaises), qui ont une matière coton, et n'ont pas bougé, elles sont comme neuves.

Customer service is terrible. Purchased a bra from them that was way too small even though I purchased size based on their sizing. They refused to let me return it because they said it was a warehouse sale. Not my problem that your product sizing is WAY off. I will not purchase anything else from this company as they don't care about their customers.

UPDATE: After posting several reviews - Knix finally refunded the money for the bra. Still would not use them again since it was a fight to get any kind of customer service.

Purchased medium size incontinence super leakproof panties. They fit a half size to a size too big. For moderate leaks you would still need an incontinence pad.
The good things are the colors and the fabric are nice.

Sizes too small, quality very cheap, not at all as shown or described in description and they don't do returns... even though they say they do. What a huge waste of money. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered tops and bottoms based on their posted sizing guide. Also, the images of their models on the website included descriptions of their bra size and waist size and the corresponding size of the item they were wearing. All of my items are not true to size based on their incorrect and inconsistent sizing structure. I got no where with customer service over the phone. They were condescending and told me to wash my items 4-5 times and offered no solution other than to donate my items if they still didn't fit. I was out over $100. Allison, the manager at one of their brick and mortar stores in Vancouver, finally offered to resolve my issue and was excellent to deal with and that is the only reason why I'm giving my experience a 4 star rating. My advice: before ordering online, visit their store, if you can, to be sure you purchase the correct size. Otherwise, buyer beware!

I tried the thigh saver but was unable to have a successful fitting. The sales people were very friendly and helpful though. They asked for my usual pant size to start out. We tried sizes ranging from XL to 3X (the largest option) and none of them worked for me.

Marketing images for this store show women who are considerably larger than me wearing these products and yet, the clothing sizes available would definitely not work for the models shown in the ads if they aren’t big enough to fit me.

The staff did what they could to assist, but I felt misled by the marketing models.

Knix underwear are amazing. I just wish the pad part in the middle area on the “boyshort” style was wider, especially since I am a side sleeper.

I ordered a bra and loved it. One month later I ordered two but they sent the wrong sizes. I can not get anyone to tell me how to return these products. I even called the store in Toronto and they do not answer their phones not to do they call you back. Bad customer service. I had my bank reserve the charges on my credit card. Really too bad because I love the bra I do have.

I got Knix underwear for bladder leaks. I like the idea, and they are attractive and fit well, and do absorb urine. However, unlike pads, which you likely change several times a day, if you wear the underwear all day, they smell. Not pleasant.

Really tight like a tight elastic band. Medium and large no difference. When they exchange the size it is final sale so you can’t return it. Rip off try before you buy if you like to wear a tourniquet buy it if not don’t

I ordered a wireless bra. It was too big and they told me to wash it and it worked but in the end the bra didn't hold me in. So I started return process. Not only don't I have to return the bra but they suggested I donate it to someone in need. I thought that was cool.

WOW is all I have to say, what an amazing company!! I have donated this bra to a less fortunate lady in my community who is going through hard times. I will most definitely refer anyone to use Knox products and will check back frequently to see if you have created any larger sizes in the product I ordered!

I will start off by saying, i will FOREVER recommend thos company! Not only are there period underwear the best thing to happen to me lol, but even when I had an issue (the every day underwear fits tighter then the period underwear) they were nice, accomodating and sent me all bigger sizes!! No extra charge!!! You never really know how good a company is until you have a problem with them and their customer service alone is 💯! Their underwear is also amazing!! Thank you so much for not being so rude and proving to me that customer service isn't dead everywhere. Knix, i love you!!

Awesome customer service and very prompt in providing a solution to their customers. My wife loves their products. Definitely would recommend it to everyone.
