Received my new Fiskars X 36 splitting axe which is a joy to use.Very efficient and very well made.
I also received the Big Ox splitting maul.
I tried it on a particularly difficult log which I’d given up on.The Big Ox cut through it in one strike.I was shocked by how powerful it actually is.

The order was held while out of stock items were received back into to stock. Communication was good as was the delivery time once the order was dispatched. I have dealt with "Knives and tools" a few times and the service and prices are always excellent.

Very poor so far, sent query last week regarding order and have yet to receive a reply 5 days and counting

It was easy to order, tracking available throughout and arrived exactly when it was meant to

Package was delivered without the item inside. Attempted to contact knivesandtools twice through support emails and received an automated reply with no assistance. Messaged them multiple times on different days on their Facebook page and received bot replies and no help solving my issue. Over a week since I reported this incident and have received no assistance whatsoever. Paid for an item and didn't receive it.

EDIT: Knivesandtools got in contact with me and helped remedy the situation, the offered to send a replacement item while they work on their claim against UPS. It seems to have been an issue with the delivery company.

Easy to buy from, excellent delivery service. No issues whatsoever so ever.

Very nad services i was teying to send back broken lighter and there was no contact by email to me over 7 days and when i called them they said they will give nr return label . But they did not gór anather 2 days.. do i call again and after 10 days od teying contact to them i was alble to send broken lighter back to them
