However, for clarity to anyone reading this, this individual was not a customer of Knife Country USA and did not purchase this item from us.
In our email correspondence, the reviewer confirmed the knife was received as a gift and was manufactured by Kissing Crane, a company we are not affiliated with and did not sell or distribute in this case.
Despite not being involved in the transaction, we still responded promptly and attempted to help by identifying the brand and offering guidance toward possible alternatives.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer is no longer in business, which limits replacement options—but that is outside of our control.
We take pride in supporting our actual customers with fast shipping, genuine products, and responsive service. If you ever purchase from us and have an issue, we will absolutely work to make it right within our policies.

Josh is a great guy. Ordered a second Pakistan 1071 Cobra Head Sword Cane and sword inside. Have one for inside and one for outside. Great product! Even if you don't need a cane still nice looking walking piece and PROTECTION. Great service, great shipping, and great product. Have gotten many compliments. Then people are amazed about the little sword inside. Even had a friend get one. Thanks all.

Great service, prices, and turnaround
I purchased knife from knife country USA on Saturday, which was free shipping....by monday, I decided to see if I could upgrade to USPS priority shipping, So I called them up and Josh handled it before I could even finish rambling on about blades. I am a collector of sorts and I have to say that of all the blade shops I have dealt with over the many years, this was one of the best buying experiences I have encountered. Oh...and I just got an email confirmation that my knife is on the way via USPS priority shipping.
The way I was treated made me feel like family, and I will give this company priority in my next purchase.

I purchased 2 Enevu 02 Cube lights I…
I purchased 2 Enevu 02 Cube lights I plan on using in April for a trip, 1 of the lights arrived damaged due to a battery leak. I spoke with Josh who offered to refund me the cost of the light without any problem, I really like the light and just asked for a replacement. Replacement being shipped at no cost to me. I was very impressed at how smoothly this process went, usually I'm used to dealing with an arduous, drawn out return process at other retailers, not here, complete customer satisfaction.
