Excellent job
I have just had two very large windows fitted by Andy.
I am absolutely delighted with the work Andy carried out.
A 5 star job. Lovely person. Worked hard. Finished it off cleanly. And Got it all finished and cleared away perfectly.

We commissioned new windows last year, with a promise of installation by Christmas — but the work wasn’t completed until spring. When installed, most of the (15) windows had manufacturing faults and installation damage, leading to months of calls, emails, site visits, remedial work, and ongoing disruption to our home life.

Stewart Grand, company sales director, has personally asked us in February to make the final payment and provided a small discount for inconvenience to date, with a promise that all issues will be resolved immediately.

The issues were only resolved in July, 7 months after promised timeline.

As by then it was evident that some of the issues were the result of manufacturing fault, Stewart proposed to request further compensation, this time from the manufacturer, and come back to us with a reasonable offer. That was in early July, and since then he has not returned any of our follow up emails or phone calls.

A disappointing experience overall.

Updated on 5th Nov 2025: I have just received a phone call from Klic Home, threatening me with a legal action if I ‘do not take this review down’. The manner of discussion was rude, threatening and with use of unflattering language.

This is no longer simply an unpleasant experience, this is a display of bullying behaviour.

had all windows and doors fitted, 13k worth of work, perfect,,,at first, the lads worked quickly (maybe too quickly)!! looked great when finished,,,,however,,,,after sales is shocking. we now have mold up the windows (yes I have tried everything from dehumidifier, to cleaning daily, got a very loose front door handle, called several time,,,,zilch!! they tried to sell us a conservatory and then mentioned the mold and the door handles, promised to fix, zilch again!!!, got a call from a sales man to chase up our quote of the conservatory, told him about the issues we are having,,, weeks later still NOTHING!!!! we advertised for you but your after sales is terrible!!!! can't remember the date of getting them done but over two years ago.

The company is amazing quick efficient and the results are beautiful.
From start to finish everyone was polite kept me informed of what was going on and I felt at ease that the windows and doors were going to be replaced at a high standard I would definitely recommend

Arrived on time, installed by Andy who was very professional,made very little mess which when finished clean up .The composite door looked great when installed and Andy went through all procedures with me. This is the third time I have used KLIC and would highly recommend them

We are very happy with our new windows, patio door,sliding door, back door, and roof. We would like to thank everyone involved, special thanks to Dan and Donna, who are very welcome to come round if out this way,for a cuppa.

What a great team, from the initial sales meeting, then meeting with the surveyor and the fitters. All very professional. Can not fault and would highly recommend

Window installation was done really well. Following an enquiry regarding the warranty the issue was resolved speedily and the person dealing with the matter was polite and efficient.

We had 7 windows, 1 front door and 1 bi fold door fitted in 2 & 1/2 days.
The fitters were friendly, efficient, worked neatly and sorted the little issue with the front door out.
The whole team kept us informed at all times and I am very happy with the results.
I especially love how my kitchen window opens now and my bi fold makes it feel like i.m outside when I.m still inside.
I would recommend Klic to everyone.

I’m very pleased with KLIC. From ordering to installing the windows in 4 weeks. I was kept informed at every stage. The window fitter’s did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend KLIC Home Improvements.

Excellent communications with the staff at KLIC. The tradesmen were very polite, tidy workers who somehow managed to ‘crack on’ with my roof in spite of the weather.

They removed all the old felt & boarding from my premises before renewal, and the final fibreglass finish. Being unable to climb a ladder, I was shown photographs of the finished work, which looks very smart ……no more grit filling up my guttering etc - just a smooth grey surface.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish . Explained everything in detail and worked around my work schedule. Every member of the time I meet was very professional. Would highly recommend. I love my new widows.

Fast process from order to fitting. Easy finance option. Kept informed throughout process. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently. Product looks to be of very good quality.

Very happy with everything, they were very quick with everything, had the quote on 1st of September and had the windows and doors installed on 6th of October.
We had Steve and his son David installing our windows, nothing was to much trouble, they went beyond to make sure we are happy with everything.
Will definitely recommend them.

Excellent service. Dan and Donna replaced 9 windows in one day and cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with all the windows and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Very pleasant, professional team. They know all about windows, and explain everything in layman’s terms.
Windows are beautiful and look and feel well constructed. Installation was quick and efficient, with minimal mess, which was cleared away promptly.

They pressure sold us windows telling us the offer was only available if we signed up today. They promised us a fitting date next year, but then tried to pressure us into having the windows fitted 6 months sooner than we wanted.

They damaged our curtains and walls, leaving black marks.
One fitter fell off his ladder damaging a window they weren't replacing.
They left the outside of our property looking a mess.
They didn't fit the right handles, and had to return at a later date to fit them.
The sealant around the window had to be replaced as it let air in and the windows started whistling after a couple of years.
One window was fault and had to be replaced, while replacing the fitter scratched the replacement window meaning it has to be replaced. Again.

Re their reply, I'm allowed to be disappointed with their service and I'm allowed to share my experience. Currently, as of the 28th August 2025 we still have a scratched window that needs replacing with no fitting date penciled in.

Note that they didn't deny what I said about their service.

High quality windows as usual. The install went well but took far longer than it should have by sending one man to do what was clearly a two man job.
