Kris and Dina recently a sorted our first mortgage, and we couldn’t be happier. They kept us updated at all times and, while the sale dragged on, even managed to get us a lower rate. Superb communication throughout and very pleasant to deal with. Already recommended KLC to friends and will continue to do so.

Poor knowledge, poor communication, poor offers, poor, poor everything.

Do not trust a penny of your wealth with this guy! This is not his first company to fail, he'll be moved on before you realise your money is lost. He has repost images on Instagram, claiming them to be his own, they are not.

I wish someone had warned me. No real customer has made a genuine positive comment about this company.

I had an incredibly bad experience with Kris at KLC Mortgages. I anticipated receiving solid guidance, but instead, it felt like I was conversing with a brick wall. His dismissive attitude was palpable, especially when I posed questions. As a woman, I expected to be treated with respect, yet he spoke down to me as if I were completely ignorant about mortgages.

The entire process was exasperating. Rather than taking the time to thoroughly explain the various mortgage options available, Kris rushed through everything as if he had far more important matters to attend to. At one point, I even got the unsettling impression that he was attempting to ask me out on a date rather than assist me with my mortgage! It was not only awkward but also profoundly unprofessional. I felt like I was being herded toward the quickest sale rather than being afforded the opportunity to make an informed decision. When I tried to voice my concerns about the terms and conditions, he dismissed them outright, making me feel as though I was overreacting. It was disheartening to feel so belittled, especially when I was merely trying to understand what was best for my financial future.

Ultimately, I felt like I was just another transaction to him, not a person with legitimate concerns. I chose to work with another broker who actually listened to me and made me feel valued. If you’re in the market for a mortgage broker, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Spare yourself!

I've had a frustrating experience with Kris. He doesn't respond to emails and seemed to imply that I was at fault. While I appreciate a personable approach, there’s a fine line between friendly and invasive, and unfortunately, Kris crossed it. I ended up feeling more like a subject of curiosity than a client seeking financial advice.

I recently received a phone call from a man who claimed to be offering mortgage assistance. At first, I thought it was a legitimate call, and I was open to hearing what he had to say. However, as the conversation progressed, things took a turn for the worse.

Instead of sticking to mortgage-related topics, he began asking me very personal questions that made me feel uneasy. He inquired about my relationship status and even made comments that felt inappropriate. It was clear that he was not interested in helping me with my mortgage but rather trying to pry into my personal life.
