I had ordered two dresses on line as they didn’t have my size , the ladies in the j32 store sent back the one I didn’t want to save me the job of returning them , so thank you for being so obliging . On the whole the majority of staff are so Pleasant. helpful. Smiling etc but sadly the manager there lacks these qualities

Inshore service & online order
Went into store, & they didn't have my size... the lady explained I can buy on line, if it didn't fit, pop back into store for a refund.
Parcel ordered, it arrived very quickly... sadly it didn't fit!
Be mindful, if u pay by PayPal, they can only refund u in store during head office opening times... mon-fri 9-5... no bank holidays
