I recently ordered a Herman Miller Embody Gaming Chair in Black (demo product), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The chair arrived in excellent condition – not a single sign of wear, all protective films still intact, and even the full documentation included. It truly felt like receiving a brand-new product.

Top tier chair for my home office
Was hunting for a top tier chair for my home office but was hard to find any official sellers even for new ones in Estonia. And new ones would be a lot more expensive compared to normal prices in Europe. Luckily found Klap.ee site and got a sturdy, refurbished and clean Steelcase Gesture for a decent price. Although still seemed expensive at first but it was about half the price of a new one and I saw that it's the same range that a used Steelcase or Herman Miller chair goes in FB marketplace. So I opted to trust an actual business that even provides a warranty. Sven gladly helped me to try out the different chairs (which used to be impossible in Estonia) and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

I bought a Herman Miller Embody chair from them and I’m really happy with the product. The price was reasonable in my opinion, and the communication was quick and clear, big thanks to Sven for that. Overall a smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend them

I bought the Herman Miller Aeron chair as a gift for my husband. First of all, huge thanks to Sven for his advice — he really helped me make the right choice. Secondly, the delivery was faster than I expected. My husband is absolutely thrilled with the gift — it’s the best chair, and we hope it’ll last for many years to come.
