It was too long , I had to pay an extra $80.00 before UPS gave my package saying it was my fault that the area code was wrong,, which is not true.
I think you have beautiful jewelry ,I like my ring very much, but it's much smaller than on your website, I have ordered items from Turkey and received within 3 days.
First only one charm was shipped when I ordered two - you all caught it very soon so that was very good. Tracking info is horrible. The USPS tracking numbers come up invalid and when I mentioned it someone sent me like four pictures of some other shipping/tracking that was equally sadly lacking. So I just waited. Finally I received a notice from my Post Office that the package was coming. The alert received from you this time had the correct information. Unfortunately for me, I never received the package. The Post Office insists it was delivered. The only thing delivered to me that day was junk mail. So I wait again to see if the next package arrives. Sad again for me - I was going to make earrings out of these charms so getting one of them - assuming it gets delivered- means nothing.

I am working with this company for quite some time now, they have a very professional approach and truly think with your designs and wishes. They think of every detail and make the most outstanding designs and high quality products. They make the impossible possible!
Paid a lot of extra for express shipping and item has still not been received. The company has reached out to refund that extra cost along with an apology. So overall very happy with that level of customer service, and that they are willing to make things right as much as they are able!!! Just disappointed in the wait time.
