This site is the most unprofessional, most unhelpful and rudest i have ever come across, I played by the rules and was always polite when speaking to a real person, I was with kiwi treasure and there sister site for over a year, then all of a sudden without warning and due to management decision I was told to leave and any other accounts If I tried to open would be instantly closed, they refused to give me any explanation to what it was I did wrong, they were rude, blunt and just mean! I didn't do anything wrong, I was a verified guest and then all of a sudden I wasn't, any communication was blaintly ignored and if I did get to speak to someone they made it obvious they just didn't want to know. They would sharply tell me that I was no longer welcome, why do they think it's ok to just kick you out cos they feel like it, I would fully understand if I had broken rules or been disrespectful, but I had done not of these things, im not that kind of person, im at a loss to be honest and I'm really mad that I have been treated like this for no reason other than "ITS MANAGEMENTS DECISION!" 🤦♀️🤷♀️

I eventually “won” the free game feature and was excited to see I had “won” $1450.00. Unfortunately that didn’t happen as the money didn’t transfer to my credit balance so I wrote to the company and received Bot answers and they informed me that I had been paid for the win which I had not.
