Why I Regret Buying Kevin Rouland’s Flexibility-unlock Course
I strongly recommend being very cautious before purchasing Kevin Rouland’s flexibility course.
In my opinion, Kevin has not been honest about what this course actually offers. One of the biggest red flags is that on this very platform, the account that appears to be associated with him changed its username to “Notactive,” which gives the impression of trying to distance himself from previous reviews. His website also changed from kevinro to flexibility-unlock, which, in my view, seems like an attempt to move away from the negative reputation attached to the original branding.
If you read the reviews carefully, you can see that the user “Notactive” responds positively to praise while denying any connection when confronted with criticism. To me, that feels misleading and unprofessional.
As for the course itself, I would personally rate it 2/10. The marketing promises ongoing updates and new weekly flexibility classes, but nearly three years after the launch, the content is essentially the same: 3 low-quality PDFs and less than 15 minutes of video material with very superficial explanations.
This is especially concerning because flexibility and mobility training can affect your physical health. A program with minimal instruction and poor coaching quality can increase the risk of injury, particularly for beginners.
My experience was that the course did not deliver what was promised, and I felt that the focus was on making sales rather than building a genuinely useful educational product. I regret spending money on it.
Please do your research carefully before buying, and don’t put your health in the hands of someone who, in my opinion, has not taken responsibility for improving the product or addressing legitimate customer concerns.
