Delivery took a long time- 3 weeks from date of order. For an ‘Australian’ company this is not acceptable. The crew neck sweater is also a slinky, shiny polyester fabric not a nice fleece material like I was expecting from a sweater. Given this is a gift I’m quite disappointed.

Ordered on a couple of occasions. The shirts are great quality and the added names and numbers are very professionally done. Postage took a little while but great overall experience

Honestly terrible I got 2 mystery shirts 2 weeks before the world cup one rocked up 2 weeks in and the size was tiny. And one hasn't rocked up it got resent and still havent arrived and world cups finished now.
Worst company out there never waste your money on them

This site is a scam .My girlfriend ordered a World Cup Spain jersey but these scammers did not give my jersey or any reply to my mail very poor customer care.

I am extremely frustrated with Kit Wall. I ordered a jersey on June 6th, and it has still not arrived. It has been over a month now, which is way past their promised shipping timeframe.What makes this worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have reached out multiple times to ask for an update, but they neither reply to messages nor offer a refund. It feels like they just take your money and disappear.Save your money and buy elsewhere. The complete lack of communication and refusal to refund a missing item is completely unacceptable. Avoid this site!

Delivery time estimate was not accurate at all. Neither was the sizing of the actual jersey. I ordered a large Nike Aus kit, it couldn’t have been no bigger than a small. I’m usually a medium, but bought large because it recommended to get the size up. But with the way that was on, I’d say get 2 sizes up from what you’d usually get.

Im starting to think this place is a scam.

Extremely disappointed!! Thought I was dealing with an Australian company with stock here but everything is shipped from china! Basically a Temu for jerseys

Poor customer service
Delivered late sent the wrong size and with no print when I specifically paid for the ad ons and do not reply to email.

Kit wall has been a terrible company to deal with. They display as an Australian company but product clearly comes from overseas. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my order, with shipping notifications that state the item cannot be tracked. (Shipping times state 4-10 days) Staff are extremely unhelpful and offer "refunded shipping" as compensation - even though my order received free shipping. They are trying to blame the world cup for the shipping delays...... Very disappointing will not order from them again.

Really disappointed. I ordered 4 jerseys, and it's been 14 days with nothing delivered and barely any updates from customer service. Very poor communication and service. I won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered an item in good faith on June 2nd with a 7-10 day delivery time. Emailed to check delivery on June 19th and received the following:

Very Poor customer service

Lost my package in transit for 2 weeks and didn’t even email me to tell me I had to email first and then they said they were going to send a replacement but that still hasn’t even let their facility yet after 5 days

Good quality kit and reasonably priced. Arrived quickly.
Would recommend to kit lovers especially the junior kits. Shorts are good and large range.

You know when you’re the grandparents who live in another country and you know what your grandson wants, but you have to order it online, and it’s kinda bespoke, and you aren’t sure if that’s going to work or not.

Well, we did that with KitWall - and it was perfect - even after I mucked up the address a little bit.

They fixed that and Jack (#1 grandson) loved it.

We ordered the Mystery Kit, it took a while to get here, but throughout the waiting period, every email request was replied too with exact information. Very Polite and understanding. Great Customer Service, product received was excellent. All very happy, would definitely purchase from here again.

I have ordered (for myself and two boys) a number of retro and modern jerseys from Kitwall, all kits are of great quality and feel, while shipping times can be a little longer than stated, quality of the product more than makes up for it. With the one issue I had they were quick to respond and resolve it, love their kits.

Such good quality love the design overall really recommend and well done to the staff who put these all together

Ordered a kit for our grandsons 8th birthday!. It fit him perfectly and he was so excited to receive it! Quality is terrific - this is the 3rd we have ordered from Kitwall and will continue to do so - quality gear at very competitive prices!!
