SCAMMER COMPANY - DO NOT ORDER!
This company is either absolutely fraudulent, or omitting a great deal of necessary information. First, I placed a ONE TIME order for Taurine supplement directly from their website. I was charged $9.99 shipping fee, which seemed high, but there were many comments about the quality controls and testing made for the product. I now realize those measures are taken because, first the product arrives from overseas (China) then is sent to a processing facility on the East coast where supposedly it is tested, then a distribution center, then who knows where as I am 5 weeks into waiting and STILL have not received my product! I've emailed the company multiple times and am told the same thing, "we are researching your order, inquiring about its location, thank you for your patience, we are unable to process a refund, thank you for your patience.. etc. etc." Then as I'm 5 weeks into waiting on the first order, I notice a SECOND order has been placed and I begin receiving shipping notifications for that a well?!! Again I email, again I'm told that they, "do not see a second order, do not see a subscription based account." As I am requesting refund on the first order, I'm told they cannot refund the order that never arrived and they can, "at best provide a 10% courtesy refund." An absolute joke, but even that I still have yet to receive.
I have escalated this directly through my credit card with a charge back dispute and am handling the matter by treating them as a fraudulent company since I continue to be charged and no product has arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
