Just back off holiday and once again Kitty Angels looked after my cats. A really excellent service, caring and professional. When we had problems with our return journey being delayed they stepped in to do an extra days cover at short notice so I knew my cats were looked after even when our flight was cancelled.

We have been clients of Kitty Angels for more than 6 years and could not rate them more highly . They would get 6 stars from us if that was an option. They have been the most excellent organisation for our two cats and have shown professionalism , kindness and humour. They have been there for us for short weekends away , longer holidays , emergency visits
( following sudden bereavement ) . They have played with , sent photos, cleaned up when one of our cats decided to avoid the litter tray and been there for them when they were alarmed by fireworks or for an unusual and urgent cat medical problem . Mainly it has been Zak who has done our visits and he is truly superb, he clearly loves our cats and more importantly they absolutely love him back. For Zak's expert and loving care of our cats we are really grateful . We were hugely saddened by the sudden and untimely death of Jason one of the company founders but so very grateful for Zoe for picking up and continuing the business. She is ace.

Absolutely brilliant service. We used Kitty Angels Central Brum multiple times over the summer and other ad hoc trips. The service is great and they're very responsive. We have a very nervous cat who is easily stressed around new people, but our sitter Liz worked really hard to bring him out of his shell and make him comfortable. Definitely 5/5 and we feel super confident using their services again!

We were so happy to find them and can't wait to use them for all our future trips away! Couldn't recommend enough.

This is the first time we have used this type of service and we were so impressed. Wendy looked after our cat, Sasha and she was amazing with her. Sasha doesn't go to anyone she doesn't know, she's a very nervous cat, and Wendy managed to get her downstairs and got her playing which was wonderful to hear. She sent us lots of photos too. I would absolutely recommend Kitty Angels and especially Wendy. Thank you for taking care of our little baby so well

We've used Kitty Angels for years, and I highly recommend them! From the booking communication to the loving treatment of the cats to the sweet photos and messages you get, it's a 5 star service. I always thought my cats were a bit scared of new peeps, but they love their cat sitting visitors! I feel like everyone who works there is as bonkers about animals as we are, and it's a real joy!

We can’t recommend Kitty Angels Coventry (Antoinette) enough! She is amazing and our cats absolutely love her – even our shy boy who doesn’t usually warm up to people. Antoinette is professional, reliable, and goes above and beyond. Not only does she give our cats the best care and attention, but she also looks after the house while we’re away, collecting post and parcels too. She sends updates and pictures every visit and It gives us such peace of mind knowing everything is in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend her more!

This was our first time using Kitty Angels and they didn’t disappoint. Jackie was amazing! Sending lots of photos and updates showing Max going about his morning and evening routines which put our minds at rest. I have been using Kitty Angels for many years. I think I may have been one of their first customers with Molly, my previous cat. I now have a rescue cat called Kanga who is a gorgeous little thing but somewhat unpredictable! Kitty Angels and particularly Kate have gained her trust and Kanga is now always happy to see Kate and greets her with several little squeaks and a friendly roll or two. I spend quite a few nights away with work etc and It’s reassuring that Kanga is safe and happy in the hands of Kitty Angels. I always enjoy receiving the little videos that they send me when I’m away. I can thoroughly recommend the service of the Angels to take excellent care of your precious cats 😻

We used Kitty Angels services last week to look after our cat whilst we were away. I could not recommend them more highly.
Jackie looked after our cat. She was brilliantly attentive, sent lots and lots of pictures and videos and our cat absolutely adored her. It felt so much better knowing that our cat could stay in her own home, have the run of the place and would be cuddled and cared for whilst we were away.
The communication with Kitty Angels was excellent and pricing was incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be using their fantastic service again.

I cannot thank Jenny enough for looking after Mittens while we were on holiday. I was worried about leaving our 11 month old cat at an unfamiliar cattery and so thought she would be happier at home. Jenny sent very thoughtful updates/photos daily which really put my mind at ease, she really went above and beyond with her kindness, thoughtfulness and efficiency, I think Mittens actually had the best time without us! I would highly recommend Jenny at Kitty Angels and will most definitely use her again when we next go away, thank you so much Jenny! x
