I ordered 2 slip leads for my dogs and…
I ordered 2 slip leads for my dogs and they arrived within 2 days which was fantastic service. Also these leads are great as they stop my dogs pulling completely and it makes walking them a pleasure.

Excellent service.
The order was placed and arrived within 3 days which was exceptional considering the shop was closed for 1 of those days. The items arrived well packaged and in good condition and were better than I expected. I would certainly recommend this business as easy to use and delivering good service.

Next day delivery
I placed an order just after Christmas and ordered next day ( I know wasn't going to be next day exactly with new year etc) but I am now 4 working days in the new month and still no order.
Been told we have sent it to Royal mail its their fault now. So if you do order just don't expect next day. No idea what the products are like yet, still waiting.

As we discussed, You placed your order Dec 30, 2021, 18:39 PM, after the 15.00 hrs cut off for next day delivery (1-2 working days as stated at checkout) as per our terms and conditions, and after the Post Office is closed for the day. The option you chose was 1-2 working days postage, we do not offer guaranteed Next day delivery. This order was then processed, and dispatched on 31/12/21. Royal Mail took possession of your order on 31/12/21. As you are aware Royal Mail closed for New Year and subsequent Bank Holiday for four days From 01/01/2022 up to, and including 04/01/2022. Therefore the first working day the Royal Mail went back to work was 05/01/2022. While I understand your frustration, we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail's huge back logs, and huge issues due to the pandemic. We sent you a statement from Royal Mail confirming this. We did all we possibly could within our control to get your items to you, we even paid more to get them to you faster. But as you can understand when an item is with a third party courier we have no real control in the situation.
We have since removed the service of 1 - 2 working days postage to prevent further confusion.
We can only apologies on behalf of Royal Mail.
I volunteer as staff for an airsoft…
I volunteer as staff for an airspft events company and needed to source a large amount of clothing and kit for one of their events.
The period is somewhat niche and the kit required is becoming increasingly sparse.
Kit goblin was able to source and supply all of the kit I needed, and more, and was in constant contact with me, we were able to select the correct sizings for all items and the ultimate package was sent in a timely manner woth ample communication through.
Although a new/ up and coming company I have high hopes for kit goblin and suspect they will easily provide the same service to any would be customers.
