solved my main issue and not the second one

J'ai eu a faire a un conseiller, sammy, qui a réglé mon soucis rapidement. IL est très a l'écoute et répond du mieux possible.

They made the mistake of charging me when I opted out of the membership. They have reached out and are arranging for the refund to be processed.

Having had a concern with my account on contacting them they immediately contacted me (within 24 hours ) and pledged to resolve my concern within 3-5 working days .
I am most grateful for their prompt and courteous action .
I am sure if they continue their policy of caring about their customers the company will expand and do really well

I don't know how I got a paid membership with kitchenshop. Must have clicked somewhere. Which I do think is not honest at all towards costumers. However, I addressed this problem and the fact that for 6 months 50 euro's got charged on my creditcard.
They got back to me and offered to pay it all back.
And that they addressed this problem and change this.

So it's not a fraude if they offer to refund and address the problem.

Therefore I do give them a 4* review.

I contacted the company after money was taken out of my bank which I was unaware of and didn't sign up for. The team helped with the misunderstanding and I’m now waiting for a refund. I’ll leave an update review one refund has gone through.

I purchased a lamp for €9.99 on their site which turned out to be a scam. After withdrawing the money from the account I realized that it was a sign up for a subscription that I had not signed up for. I contacted the company several times to ask for clarification and a refund and they promised me what I had asked for, however this morning I received a notification regarding a withdrawal of €47. Fortunately my card is blocked and for this reason I will report the everything to the police. DON'T BE FOOLED!

Update:
after contacting support and asking for further explanations they replied that they would refund me the entire amount. I await the refund.

Pensavo di acquistare uno zaino a 9.99 euro ed invece mi hanno iscritto ad un club di acquisti senza che io sapessi nulla. Da diffidare assolutamente
Devo riferire che l’azienda dopo le mie osservazioni mi ha prontamente contattato e sta risolvendo il mio problema. Molto bene è segno di correttezza aziendale

1 star because i cant leave less, i answered an advert for a smart Vacuum and i end up with a membership to a club there is no mention of in the avert asked for a refund and im being refused as i "Signed up" its a complete scam so AVOID AVOID AVOID,i paid on a credit card so am in the process of trying to get my money back that way

Do not attempt to buy any products from this company, they get you to fill out all the usual form to order a product but this is to sign up to a membership NOT to purchase the product, they then sign up up to ‘a membership’ with apparently credit to buy products.
It’s a scam !!!

Ho fatto un acquisto on line su questo sito di circa 10 euro una settimana fa, ho dato quindi i miei dati e quelli della mia Postepay, dopo qualche giorno mi è arrivato un messaggio dal servizio anti frode di Poste italiane in cui mi chiedevano se ero io che stavo cercando di fare un altro acquisto, di 49 euro su questo sito, in quel caso avrei dovuto rispondere SI e riprovare altrimenti avrei dovuto rispondere NO. Siccome non stavo cercando di fare nessun acquisto ho risposto NO. Risultato: antifrode mi ha bloccato la Postepay perché non ritenuta più sicura e domani andrò all'ufficio postale per richiedere quella nuova. 😡😡

A refund was requested because I wasn't able to use my credits due to a hospital visit, the credit was resolved very quickly and I think the company since early for this and I'm sorry for the fact that I was rushed into hospital for emergency treatment.
I will subscribe at a better time, once I am well

This is a con ,they e mailed me telling me i had a parcel due for delivery .Can i please have my money back .

Ho versato ero 10 per foderine per auto.
Non ho avuto nessuna comunicazione.
Al più presto presenterò dennuzia Autorità Giudiziaria.

The chat support of the website is great when it comes to inquiries, they even called me even when they're from a different country. I am thankful for solutions regarding my problem.
