Independent retailer with a real personal touch. Really helpful in choosing the product and a great installation service with local tradesmen who seemed genuinely interested in what they were doing. Couldn’t do enough for us.

Lovely showroom with a great range on display. Very helpful and purchase very smooth. Tumble dryer came with free fitting and free removal of the old one. Text on the day confirming appointment time. I will definitely be buying any future appliances from them.

Great customer service, building isn’t easy to get large appliances in , and the delivery men didn’t have any issues, also gave me some advice and help on installation, even though I opted to do it myself , highly recommended

They fitted new appliances took old ones away at the time they said they would and the price left the place very clean.

Great help easy to order brillant service and delivery

James knowledge and advice for my purchase. Going the extra mile in delivering my package as it was a little heavy to walk home with it. Service from a family business, care and attention to detail. Listened to my needs and advised the best product

Excellent service, needed a new hob and was fitted the next day, staff very helpful and friendly.

Only giving 5 stars because I can't give more.
Amazing service for my mum who can't get out and about too easily. After a phone call to the shop, James visited Mum's house, discussed options for a new fridge and arranged for the purchase, delivery and installation in double quick time. Everything he said he would do he did. The installers were a delight and did a great job exactly when they said they would, and James had gone above and beyond to follow up with me with guarantee info. Very fairly priced too. This is local service at its very best.

On time, friendly and efficient.

Good friendly staff , cleaned up thoroughly .
