Wig came quick ! Seller was communicative through the whole process

I came into contact with this company through the internet. I browsed through their selection of wigs and placed an order. It arrived about a week later. When I opened the package (not the package that the wig was wrapped in) I saw that it was the wrong color…so I reached out to the company via email, and they responded promptly to my issue. They were VERY accommodating…willing to solve my problem. I was the one who ordered the wrong wig, and they were the ones, once they received my first email, sort after me to resolve the problem. I received the one I wanted and I’m very happy with it. The color on the new wig matches what I was looking for perfectly…the wig fits me perfectly…for me, it’s the perfect wig!

They will accommodate you. You just need to communicate.. great company hair is true to length.

I was really happy with the service! I asked to customize a coloured wig to have dark roots. They showed me photos to confirm I liked it before shipping. It arrived to Canada quickly and the hair is so soft and such a nice colour. Prices are reasonable, I wasn't charged for duties/taxes, I recommend them!

I love their products. Authentic and well made. I recently had an issue with an order and customer service was very responsive via email. Sorted the issue efficiently. Highly recommend!

The Hair was very beautiful it look like my natural hair i took 16inch and am happy because you can tell the difference with my real hair.

I finally gave in after seeing Kisslovehair all over Instagram and Facebook — and I’m so glad I did! This was my first time wearing a wig, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the 14-inch, 150% density unit, and it looks so natural, like it’s growing right out of my scalp. I haven’t even fully styled it yet — just washed and blow-dried — and it already looks amazing.

The bleached knots were perfect, the removable clips made it super comfortable, and I love the kinky edges — they give a realistic hairline without needing glue. Plus, they included some thoughtful extras in the package, which I appreciated.

Shipping took about a week, and the quality is honestly fantastic. If you’re on the fence, go for it. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

If I could give them a zero stars I would. I purchased a wig, they sent me a small size. The site clearly states standard is to ship a medium.
I had to argue to get them to exchange it, and to pay return shipping. After I returned it to a USA address and paid $130, they refused to refund my shipping. Then the package was refused at the given address. Border services charges duty and taxes on packages when it passes through.
I have zero control of this.
If I want the wig back I need to pay for the return shipping of $130 and pay the duty and taxes they refuse to pay.
Now I’m out the cost of the wig $220 CAD and the shipping $130.
The delivery company will destroy the package unless they take it or I pay to return it.
Customer service is a joke, they say one thing and do another. Do not trust this company, their return policy is a joke, they do not abide by it, even when it’s their mistake. They treat customers poorly. I have purchased 4 wigs previously and no issues and now complete crap. To think they would treat their customers like this, and to a dying cancer patient.
I am truly an unhappy customer.

I don’t even wanna give a star. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! They do not honor the refund policy. I have gone back-and-forth with them for a for a week about getting my refund for the hair that I have purchased that was not even used. So I had to make a dispute in order to get my money back. I had to keep repeating myself stating that I just want my money back and they would just state that they could give me a partial refund and they even had me show pictures of the hair to make sure it wasn’t used and I did and they still wouldn’t refund my whole amount of money that I paid for the hair. Do not buy from this website EVER!!! at least I got free hair since I got my money back through the bank.

If I could give a 0, l would. The quality of the wigs here are terrible. The customer service is even worse. My wig came with the comb broken off a 360 wig and the lace stops at the ears. Don’t be fooled by the price, you get what you pay for. I paid a couple hundred dollars and l got trash. They do not resolve the issue. RUN AWAY from this site as fast as you can.

Baby!!! Idk WTH they sent me but it’s not what I ordered! I ordered a 18 inch (looks more like a 12 inch nooo curls to it what so ever the wig look like it’s from the 1950 smh! Never again!!!!!!!!

I order a wig from them at a cost of $190.00. This is a TEMU wig at best! The wig did not look like the one on their website and the quality is definitely POOR! This hair is thin and wispy! The wig looks and wear like a bad rag or mop on the head. The thin hair kept flying in my mouth or my eyes because of bad hair thread. This is a scam and really stealing from their customers! I went to my hair salon to have this wig style and fitted. The curls did not last two hours and my beautician could not get the wig to stay down on my head! This is a disgrace to sell individuals such a horrible product at the price on their websites. DO NOT BUY A WIG FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a wig from them, and while it did take three weeks to arrive, I was disappointed to find that it wasn’t the exact wig I ordered. It looked similar, but it wasn’t quite right. On top of that, the wig shed excessively. I received it on March 3, and I’m already seeing bald spots in the frontal. It did have a great melt, and the hair felt soft, but overall, I expected better quality. I also wrote a review on the site that never pops up. I believe the reviews are fake as well.

I ordered a wig for an event and based on the general shipping information provided, I figured even if I didn't have the product exactly in 3 days, I had a few days wiggle room to still get it and prep it before the event. AFTER the purchase was confirmed, it took 3 days to process the order and I received shipping information that it would be delivered 4 days AFTER the event by my payment site, not from the company itself. That meant it was 9 days from purchase to my door. I immediately contacted the company by email and requested to cancel the order since it had not been shipped out yet. The representative informed me that my wig had already been shipped so it couldn't be cancelled which was odd since it was same day and I had zero shipping information from them. I literally received NO INFORMATION from them after I confirmed the order. The rep replied to my email and told me, "love sorry, have a try first." I replied again requesting the return information, per the websites instructions, and was asked what was wrong with the wig, offered $20 to fix the wig, offered an exchange, asked to send pictures of the issue with the wig, everything expect the return information I requested repeatedly. It has now been 19 days since my initial request, 23 days since I ordered, and a back and forth email exchange of 8 emails and I still have not received the return information to return the wig and receive a full refund per their return policy of 30 days within purchase. I was also told to wait/try the wig for 30 days and then decide if I wanted to return it, which is obviously outside the return policy. I'm beyond pissed.

I order a Ash blonde 360 invisible drawstring with 250% density at 26" . What i recieved was totally different. I tried to search for previous orders on their website couldn't find my order. I commented on their post on Facebook, in which they replied " sis the wig can be recurled." I will not be doing business with them anymore. The wig i received had beautiful curls and color to match, but the wig was very skimp and thin showing tracks at the top. They also deleted my comment and the message they sent.

I put four stars because I have not received my product yet as I just ordered it yesterday! One thing I've noticed with shop is the shipping is usually not 100% correct. It can take up to 2 weeks at least depending on where it's coming from. I had purchased some halos from that hair us through shop.com and the updates weren't amazing but when I did get in touch with them they were actually really awesome in making sure I had all the information I needed.
I'm assuming that it might be the same type of shipping issue with getting an actual tracking number.. but I am looking forward to this product 100% as I am desperate to have some of my long hair back that has been missing from health issues. I will come back and re-update my review once I receive everything 🤘🍻

🚨 🚨🚨🚨🚨😫WON’T REFUND ME NO PRODUCT! Absolutely the WORSE 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨experience (if I could leave negative I would!) I’ve ever had with a wig company! On the website it says 2-3 day shipping, this is a lie I order on Nov 9 I canceled when I didn’t get any updates and no would reply to my what’s app or emails with a date it would be sent. When they finally did reply it was at 4 am in the morning. I told them to cancel my order as I no longer wanted to do business. They confirmed my order number, sent me a picture of a bow and ask me not to cancel. I told them I want my $400 refunded. Today is the 18th I’ve spoke with them a few times confirming the same things but the means you have to go through to hunt them down is horrible! On IG customers experiences is the same, no response as what app the comments which are few says they use other ppls work and there should and they also confirmed I wanted to cancel still no refund of my money. It says status not fulfilled! Their wig pictures are from other pages. What you see is not what you get!

I paid for the wig DHL delivered the wig to a locker that I have no access to. This company expected HANDICAP me to chase down the package for over a month. Even after I provided proof the package wasn't delivered directly to me that they requested. So I'm pretty much out of money, my first and last time using this company!
