AVOID AT ALL COST!
Brought a car with a full service history and supposedly 2 owners! After weeks of chasing. Finally received a fake service history and V5 stating 4 previous owners. Will be reporting to motor ombudsman.
RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL
after complaining I was blocked from contacting.
LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Please remember
When buying a car the engine is the most important bit. No matter the age of the car engine should be 100% safe.Yes car should have age releted issues but not with the engine.
1. After you received
Your car get it checked with a company you know and trust.
2. Even have the Mot redone.
3. Please remember you have rights with the dealer and finance companies.( even tho you will get told something different).
Brought car back in September. .
Had nothing but problems with it. Went back to dealer twice. Plus dealer payed for work to be down on it where I'm from.latest car went back 24 November due to needing new head gasket ( they tell me it done and was done the 1st week they had it . However still waiting for the car to be returned .Was told 2 weeks back if I take down My reviews they would get my car back. ( Still not got it back.)

Scammers! Bought a car from them after seeing and ad online and they offered me a free delivery which I accepted. The car got delivered to my house by the owner who didn't introduce himself as the owner of the company. Me and my husband looked at the car which was absolutely disgusting and dirty, stained seats and dog hair everywhere! My husband test drove the car and found that there is an issue with the car's clutch, we didn't want to accept this car but we were literally pushed by the two man on our door step! The owner Dave gave me to speak to HIS MANAGER as he referred to the person on the phone who promised that we can take the car to an independent garage to diagnosed and will pay for repairs and we can take the car for a clean and he will pay us back! As I said we were kind of pushed by promises to accept the car and as we did my husband went to a garage and it was confirmed the car had issue with the fly wheel which is very expensive to repair and the warranty doesn't cover this part! I called Kiss Cars asking to cancel this sale and requested they come and collect their broken car and asked for my full refund and this is when it all started to get UGLY! They started making up policies and threatening me that this who process will take month, they will be changing me for delivering and taking back the car, they will charge me for the two people's salaries who delivered the car and will also charge me for speaking to me over the phone (haha) THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH! It almost felt I deal with a random people from the street who were swearing and treating me horribly! I had a nervous breakdown after having to deal with THE MANAGER- James over the phone! To cut the story short I made an official complaint via the finance company used for the sale and they helped me to kind of resolve this issue! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IT WILL MEAN A HEADACHE AND LOSS OF MONEY AND TIME!

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. We have taken this complaint seriously. All monies have been refunded and no costs have incurred to yourself. All our cars come with a new MOT and service.
Do not purchase a car from this company
My mother had bought a car from this company and the service was absolutely shocking. I work in car sales myself and the process of it all from this company, from delivery to the prep of the car was ridiculous. Until the issues from my mothers car are resolved I will be on this companies case. A lot of false advertisements and staff not doing they’re jobs properly. I do not recommend to buy a car from here what’s so ever, either wait to find the right car at a better dealership or stick to the car you’ve already got.

Don't deal with this company...sold me a car and didn't give me the documents...was told they would follow car being delivered but never did..now I've found out my car is actually registered to previous owner still...and its all my fault...go elsewhere
