I viewed a car 2 days ago - I actually didn't end up purchasing the car viewed (nothing to do with Kiss Cars), but I was impressed with the service we received from Marcus, so I wanted to leave a note. Agreed price for a car and contacted to arrange collection date, when manager Marcus intervened and wanted to add extra warranty period and suggested that car was likely to breakdown so I’d be taking too much risk if didn’t take out extended warranty. Felt like a threat to me that they would deliberately set the car up to fail, so told them I wasn’t interested anymore and have gone elsewhere. Acting like typical old school car salesman. So unless you want an extended warranty I suggest you avoid as all they want is their commission.

I purchased a BMW X5 from Kiss cars in Fareham and very pleased to say that the team are very helpfull and did everything possible to prepare the car to a high standard, I am very happy with the car and the deal many thanks for the great service to the entire team at Kiss cars.

Problems from day 1 of bringing the car home, started off with wheelnuts and fan. Card machine not working and paying for the car into a personal account are also huge red flags - be aware of this. By day 20 problems escalated into several warning lights on the dashboard including emissions, UREA and engine warnings. Significant smoke from back of vehicle and leaking white deposits onto the exhaust pipe. Car has been into the workshop after I had rejected it in writing following the Consumer Rights Act. The same workshop that said the fan running for up to 20 minutes after the engine was turned off was normal. Not normal at all, just needed more water which is odd for a car that had just had a service. Diagnostic report not yet provided claims electronic issues and the smoking/leaking issues were 'considered' by the workshop. I am now expected to take back a family car I have rejected (following the correct way to do this) when I do not believe it to be safe for my family or fit for purpose. Driving away in a car with a wheel nut missing was my first concern, the 'aftercare' since this point has been far from satisfactory. Now pursuing AA mediation and a small claims procedure. As a teacher in the middle of GCSEs with a family to look after this has taken a huge emotional toll and put financial strain onto our family. 1 star is too generous.

Owen was really good to me really friendly staff he helped me from the beginning I was buying my car for the first time and he is absolutely amazing with every customer service. Must recommend.

I purchased a car from Kiss Cars about a month ago, and at the time of sale only one key was available. I was assured that the second key would be located and passed on to me once found. While I was hopeful, I wasn’t entirely certain…but I’m pleased to say the team delivered on their promise.

The second key was provided as soon as it became available, which really reflects their honesty and commitment to good customer service. The sales team were excellent throughout, and the aftercare has been just as impressive.

Overall, a great experience…the car has been spot on, and the service has been even better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kiss Cars to anyone looking for a reliable dealership.😊
