Ordered air purifiers from an online ad, not knowing they would be coming from Kirobrands. The ad appeared to be a US company. I ordered a ser of 3 and upon payment, I saw I was charged for 6,so I immediately contacted support at kirobrands to cancel the order, but was told it was too late, to wait until they arrived and request a refund to return the items. When they arrived I contacted support and they gave me a Chinese address and request to lie on the customs forms about the content and value. I was to pay for the shipping which would have been over $60. Working now with PayPal to get a full refund. I have no idea if these purifiers even work. This company is a scam.

Wish I had discovered these reviews before I fell for the scam!
I paid $22.30 to have international tracking so I could get my money back but PayPal could only get the $97 it cost me for these dodgey glasses! I am still trying to seek my money back.
I have now lodged a complaint with the accc govt body to investigate this business I would recommend others do the same. Maybe scamwatch too to raise awareness.
I fell for this scam on instagram - may need to raise awareness there too.
These type of businesses need to be shut down!!!

Ordered a single pair of glasses. Suddenly being charged for something else that I didn't order (actually don't know what since I don't have a copy of the billing) Never received a confirmation of the order so I can't reference it. Sure did make sure to debit my account though. Says you can cancel before shipment. If you use the cancel form on the website you get a message that the server is down. If you try to email using their support email, you will get a message say you need to enter a valid email address. Should have checked this out here. Hopefully my bank can do something

with these glasses except that they were sold as something other than what was received.

As of 8/18/2025, after 1 month and 2 letters accusing them of deceptive practices, copies were sent to PayPal.

This company is selling 3.00 strength reading glasses, but saying the glasses will correct your vision at all distances. This is a total lie. The product is not at all as described. They say you may get a refund of the $40 cost by mailing them to China. If they are damaged in mailing you will not be refunded. That means you will pay for international mailing, but you won't get a refund.

Very bad customer service and product. Their product is not what it says it is and it is out of China. So if you have to send something back you have to send it to China and you have to pay for it. And then they tell you to say it's worth a lot less than what it really was worth. I don't know why then they offered me a partial refund if I didn't want to send it back to China and I never got my refund and they said it was because we don't do that anymore then why did they offer it to me? Very very bad experience

added 2 items brought price up to $194 when i felt I had ordered $24

Less than 1 to be honest.
Products are not as described then you have to pay return postage.
Then, trying to get your refund, they just fob you off.

Avoid the company at all cost.

These people are con artists, do not buy from them . The glasses are rubbish, I can buy the same one in a pound shop for £2.99. Tried to get my money back but you have to send them back to the USA, which is going to cost me again.

Like all these reviews I wish I had come here first. Useless 3.0 glasses sent, not adapting, not light sensitive. Like others I was told to return to warehouse in China at my expense. Offered partial 40% refund to keep. I said I would accept 50%. They agreed, now three weeks later they said I can't get a partial refund after all because of an update. I am so annoyed with myself for falling for this scam.

Cancelled my order withing minutes!! they added over £100.00 of items that I didn't order and now I cannot get a refund without shipping the goods back.
They initially offered me 40% refund and then revoked it weeks later. This company break every trade law known to man - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

This comes from China…not the United States!!! I tried to cancel my order immediately after seeing the price they were charging me…but they wouldn’t let me…said I’d have to pay postage to return it to CHINA!! Sooo disappointed! They added something to my order that I didn’t want!!! Stay away from this company!!! Such a sad experience!!!

Order 1 pair to try and as an extra set of glasses. Ended up being charged and receiving four. Very nice saying I could return them for full reimbursement, so I tried. Yes for another $50 I can return them and with the clause being there that they would more than likely be found damaged upon return, I would receive no refund. Nothing but a ripoff. STAY CLEAR !!!
Just before midnight last night, I received emails from Kiro Brands apologizing and refunding all of my money. Therefore just on their email responses I am adjusting my review that if you want comfortable reading glasses, they are a good brand; they simply doing false advertisements which so many companies do.

They were advertised as glasses that would adjust for reading and distance. Should have known better. They sent +3.00 reading glasses I could have gotten from dollar tree. TOTAL SCAM! Very disappointed!!! If you want a refund you have to send back and pay for it. I WILL SAY IT AGAIN, TOTAL SCAM!!!

Total false advertisement. What I received was a nice pair of 3.0 reading glasses, nothing more. When I requested to return for refund I was given an address in China to ship them to. Lowest USPS rate was $45 which is more than the value of the product. Scam....

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There listening are made up and false, misleading and downright inaccurate. They do not mention they are in China and insist on tracking if you want to return any item. I unfortunately was gullible into thinking they were honest and wish I have read the reviews first. To get my money back I had to return the items which cost me £20.45. They flatly refused to help with the postage but to get my money back I had to return them. Please DO NOT buy anything from them.
