Great product that’s good quality. Shipping does take a bit longer because it’s on the opposite side of the country but communication is great with regular updates.

Great choice of Gym equipment and a very fair freight cost
Hi,! haven't received the gym equipment as yet. but as soon as I do I will giving your company a rating, but so far the ordering process and freight cost/delivery has been brilliant, and there's no reason for me to order my future Gym equipment needs from another supplier/companies. regards Nick

Thank you for the 5 stars, and we look forward to helping you with your next order!
Some backordered items but I got a discount and great shipping.
I was unaware that some items were on backorder when I placed the order. I could have missed something, or not, but I'm impressed that they told me straight away and ended up shipping what they could in three separate shipments at no extra cost just to get what they could to me as fast as possible. Thank you. I probably would have made the order at the same time anyway as I took advantage of some discounts at the time.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a barbeque that fell short of my expectations. Kinta's customer service representatives were exceptionally responsive and empathetic to my concerns, readily offering a refund or exchange. The process was straightforward and efficient. Their excellent customer service exemplifies their commitment to both product quality and customer satisfaction.

Good quality product at a fair price
Good quality product at a fair price. I've bought other dip belts before, they all didn't stand up to much abuse... but this one feels solid under a lot of weight.
