This page is lame as hell, they made me pay 33 € to customs without even telling, and the order took about 20 days to arrive, don't recommend it at all

The Worst! After a week never got my order so went on live chat, they had lost my order but said they’d resend within 24 hrs. A week later went on live chat again and they’ve lost my order again so asked for a refund and they couldn’t even find my account or payment so had to go out my way and find the merchant details myself and then live chat again with them and give them that. They now say they have requested the refund but not holding my breath!
Do Not Order From This Company!

APPALLING customer service with this company. Placed an order over a week ago. Received an email confirmation and the money has left my bank account. I have checked with my bank twice. I have tried to contact this company by phone but they’re closed. Tried Twitter and Instagram and I’ve had no reply. Have tried the live chat to be told they cannot locate my order. Then I was told my email was referred to admin to locate my order and process it and I would get an update in 24 hours. I’m still waiting for this update and it’s been longer than 24 hours. The order is a gift for Xmas and I am yet to establish whether the order will even be received in time.

Wouldn’t even rate it one star! I so say had my parcel delivered but never received it and now they have blocked me from sending emails... I’m absolutely raging as these items were gifts!🤬

Excellent service, after ordering I was emailed at every stage, arrived as agreed three days later, well wrapped and exactly what we ordered and my grandson loved his coat, thank you

Ordered a set as a present set came with a completely different hoodie that was in the packaging of the original hoodie i contacted them multiple times and still no reply. Im waiting for a refund but i dont know how a completely different hoodie with a different tag and everything came in the one i ordereds packaging.

I see I am not alone with appalling service from KWD!
I got my stuff okay,but had to return 1 item as it was too big, note a Xmas gift for a matching tracksuit for my son,sadly, they had no other stock in size so I asked for a refund.
I then went to ManDM , a great company btw, who had the item in stock and thought great Xmas saved...
After numerous calls and emails to KWD, I never got a refund, to this day they owe me just under £30.00,, this was lat Xmas...,they eventually wrote back saying it went in my account...my bank checked and said nothing was received!!! ever!
Blatant lies to honest customers who have honored you by purchasing goods...this is not OK!
I am not rich,so needed that money,who knows whose pocket it went into..?
To add insult to injury, the tracksuit top has a broken zip which I asked them to replace as only 2 months in wearing.. did not even get a response...so I found a zip on ebay and now have to pay £30.00 to have this put on the tracksuit! Same price of the tracksuit! why oh why did I bother??
but quite frankly could not do the stress, this is not how to run a company..and I see I am not the only one..maybe time to see what is going on Mr CEO?
I will go elsewhere too from now on!

Ordered from.this company and half the order missing . Now they are trying to say they have cctv footage of the parcel being packed. Invoice suggests no item included. Now in despite wity paypal and now going to send a report to watchdog. As Ive noticed I'm not the only one .

Every time I’ve ordered from this company something is missing, last weekend I ordered 4 items of clothing for my sons birthday. 3 items arrived and when contacting customer services they are extremely slow to respond!
Last year when I ordered I had to return a tracksuit that was too big and they didn’t have them in a size smaller so said they would refund me.
It took them 4 (!!!) MONTHS to refund me the money they owed me.
Lovely clothes but customer service is just awful!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from KWD. I ordered clothes for my son and god sons as Christmas presents. They were meant to arrive before Christmas as I opted for next day delivery. The lovely Hermes did not deliver and their customer service is non existent. The tracking info showed my parcel in the local depot for weeks. Made several attempts to contact KWD and eventually got a refund. More than 3 weeks later Hermes sends a message to say they delivered my parcel to my safe place. Complete falsification. Nothing was delivered. I suspect they did this to contest the claims made by KWD for the parcel. As long as KWD continue to use Hermes I will not buy from them. Absolutely appalling. KWD you are doing yourself a disservice by using Hermes.

For all intents and purposes, I liked their clothes when I was new to the brand. However, as you use their clothes for up to a month and longer; you start to see exactly how bad the durability is.

All the reflective and iridescent jackets I bought from KWD have got pores and random marks in them after a month of use, especially the nylon jacket I bought, it started shedding apart in normal light rain (and if you live in the UK, you see a lot of rain) even the polyester jacket was like that (ex. the shedding). In short - if you want a reflective jacket - the last place you want to buy from is KWD.

However bad durability on the reflective jackets isn't the reason for the 3 stars; it's the customer service. It's slow, it's tedious and by the time you bring the CS team to a conclusive result, you get given a subpar outcome.

To better explain, I give you my situation:
I buy a jacket in the wrong size, I return it for an exchange, the exchange never happens after waiting 2 weeks, I email CS and they say sorry we're having difficulties sending out order (or some bs like that) so we'll "refund you" (remember these 2 words) and you can buy again in the right size. I re-order in advance of the refund (i must commend myself for that) as there's a black Friday sale and so get the same jacket for cheaper, but after waiting 2 weeks still no refund, I contact CS who say we'll send a message to the bank to check and reconfirm the refund so you need to wait longer, I wait and still nothing so contact CS who infer (they don't say it directly but this is the gist:) they never received my order in the first place and want the tracking number, I'm livid at being accused (me just inferring they don't want to give me a refund and just have been playing me for past month) and not only do I fish out the tracking number but also phone CollectPlus (I returned parcel via them) who confirm that they received the parcel on 15/11/2019 and sent it back to KWD returns on 21/11/2019 (so CS is just taking the mickey, either that or they got embezzled by an employee), at this point (it's the 30/12/2019) they decide they'll give the actual refund in 5 days time, I wait 7 days for it and then see cash inflow of MOST of the cash (not all of it, it's £2.50 less) and then decided enough of this emailing bs (they wasted 2 months of my time due to back and forth emailing that took DAYS for them to respond). I phone them up directly (however I have to wait for 4 minutes till I'm connected to CS). I throw away all the gentlemanly words I used when emailing them and pull out all my roadman language and fully get rude to the guy on the phone, he tells me the £2.50 not refunded is the costs for the delivery, I say I wanted an exchange your company decided(!) to refund me, if you can't do anything then forward me to your manager. The guy refuses to forward me and ends the call leaving me sour. I'm writing this review following that call, my comrades opt for Tommy Hilfiger, Levi's or Calvin Klein, KWD simply isn't worth the trouble and hassle.

Shambles of a company!! Placed an order over a week ago which I got but it was someone else's order.... I had to go out of my way to return it and my son's Christmas present 3 days ago was put on their "fastest delivery" I also got a parking ticket returning their poxy parcel which is my fault but wouldn't of gone to this collect+ if they had an organised run business! Shocking! My messages have been ignored on facebook and phone just rings and rings! I will never buy KWD clothing ever again!!!!

Ordered a week ago and still had not recieved anything. Rang there c/s and spoke to 2 different people both said they could not see my order despite the fact the money was taken out of my account. Spoke to a lovely lady called Joanne in c/s and she dealt with my query very professionally. Sorted out my order and went above and beyond to keep a customer happy. Well done girl !

Ordered a rucksack for my son, a week later still not arrived. Even paid for next day delivery!!. Bad customer service, no one seems to know what is going on!!!!.

Returned £80 order on 18th November through Asda to you and asked for exchange. Asda have returned parcel but KWD have still not refunded or exchanged my order. Have sent various e-mails to follow this up and all but one have been ignored. Absolutely disgusting service. Will never buy from them again and still not received my £80 back.
