Same thing that happened to these other people happened to me. When i noticed they gave me the same contact info 1-800-526-5592 or email them at THEY WON'T LET ME PRINT THE EMAIL ADDRESS, BUT YOU ALL HAVE IT ALREADY. The email address came back invalid, and the phone number is for a kingsize sales AI. After 10 minutes there was no sign it would EVER give me a chance to cancel.
VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PARACTICE! I expect a class action suit any day!
Rewards Program Monthly charges scam
I was automatically enrolled in the member rewards and my card was charged monthly without my knowledge. Apparently there is a pop up ad that asks if you’re interested in saving shipping charges and once you click on that it automatically enrolls you in their rewards program charging you $16.95 monthly.
Hidden membership
Hidden membership, my Mom used the site in December 2022. She has been getting a charge of 16.95 monthly. I went online for her and canceled the membership in August 2023. She has since been charged twice in October for 16.95. She called customer service and they could see that it had been canceled, so why was she charged twice after cancellation?

The rewards plan is a scam. Like many here I purchased online and in the "fine print" it authorized enrollment into this scam program. My purchase was through PayPal and I mistakenly thought the monthly charges were for a pay over time charge,
Unauthorized $17 Monthly Charge
I purchased some clothes for my husband on 10-15-22. Since then, $16.95 a month is being charged to my bank account without authorization. (I didn't notice sooner, because my husband had been very sick for the last 6 months.)
When I called King Size customer service the other day, they claimed I signed up for their rewards program to get free shipping. I told them I definitely did not sign up, because I only buy clothes for my husband every 3-4years, at the most. They said they'd speak to a manager, and of course I haven't heard back. Further, if I supposedly signed up for the rewards program for free shipping, as they claimed, why was I charged $22.99 for shipping? I also never received any emails about signing up for the rewards program or about a monthly charge.
Since I haven't heard back from King Size, I contacted my state Attorney General to let them know about this scam. King Size told me they have 7 charges to my bank account ($118.65 so far), and the only thing they did was close my account. Obviously I won't purchase from them again, and I would not recommend them to others.

I was signed up for the rewards with no warning or notice and it charged me fo2lr 2 months before I noticed. I called their customer service and asked for them to refund it and cancel the charges. They said no to the refund but that they would cancel my account. And now I'm being charged again. Screw them I'm just going to get a new debit card.

Like all the others I was charged a monthly membership fee which I did not order. Supposedly it was presented as an option when you place an order, but if it is it’s well hidden so you’re not aware of it. Called to cancel and was told I’d be refunded all of my previous membership fees. Of course they never followed through. Will be contacting the BBB.

I made an order and somehow got signed up for their rewards at a $16.95/month charge. They sign you up automatically when you order with your card w/o your knowledge. I'm sure there's some small print hidden somewhere though. Be aware! Horrible business practice! It's too bad because I liked their product. I'll never order from this company again!
AWFUL!!!!! Designed to cause fees!!
AWFUL!!!!!! Absolute worst store card I have ever used. I had purchased several pair of underwear for my boyfriend and signed up for the card to use the rewards. They ran large so I needed to exchange them, which required a separate purchase. When made the return, it was not received during the billing cycle. I went to pay on the day it was due and they require payment online by 5pm Eastern Time. One minute after and it's a $30 late fee.
Once they received the return, instead of crediting the account they issued a GIFT CARD, which took time to receive and by the time I got it and called, ANOTHER LATE FEE had been issued. I spent over an hour on the phone sorting all of this and it took two different days because though the late fee had been "assessed" it was not reflected on the bill so I had to call back again for that.

They auto-enrolled me in the rewards program and then customer service gave me a hard time about cancelling and said I had to sign in to cancel, but I had no way of getting my password to sign in to cancel. Called again, they were rude. So I swore never to order from kingsize again. But apparently my husband forgot and he ordered something and it happened again. Auto -enrolled. Really, who pays for a rewards program? this time the customer service was friendly and refunded the 3 months.

Placed an order and they auto enrolled me into their rewards program. Called in to get refunded. They told me I clicked in the Free Shipping Join Now button and that automatically enrolled me. But they still charged me shipping. Apparently you have to send receipts in for a shipping refund, which is how they get you AGAIN because most probably don't go through that hassle, forget, or are like me and didn't even know I was member and that was required. It's unfortunate. Love their clothes for my husband, but will not give my money to someone who frauds me. They did refund my account. Customer service was rude. Maybe they get sick of all the calls over this.

I purchased gifts for my son, and didn't realize that KingSize was charging me a monthly membership fee after my purchase. So.........I was taken for over $16 for several months before I realized it. BEWARE, they claim it is noted when you purchase from them. Get out a magnifying glass, I still can't find it.

I gave two stars because I like the products I’ve received and that’s it. Every month I wait for a billing statement and every month I don’t receive one. I’m not enrolled in paperless and NEVER receive an online statement, or even a notification if I forget about it. Ever. I paid the entire balance and didn’t order anything and three months later I get a call about an outstanding balance of $75. What???? I’m not enrolled in any membership program or subscription service. Where did this charge come from? I have no idea as I can never login to my online account without a huge hassle, every single time. The automated bill pay is a major pain as well. When I pay this new balance off I will never use this card again.

This is a complete scam! They auto-enroll our emails and credit cards into this membership. I have reported this company as a fraudulent vendor to my credit card company. This company should be reported to legal authorities for illegal and unethical behavior.

Once again nothing but trouble from this company. My son gets his important mail and packages delivered to my PO Box so that means I have multiple accounts. Even though he doesn't live with me or have a account. It's the new day and age you don't leave packages on the porch and he works all day and lives in a rural area. I'm not the only mom that has their kids important mail delivered to their house. So just like always instead of paying the claims they denied them all and canceled my account without even asking me any questions or anything. What a great company. They need to train their sales people better they keep telling every time I place a order I'm eligible for their rewards program
Even after I tell them I already am a member they say that is ok you can try it out for a month. Sorry that's not how your rules work so maybe some training your personal would help some of the issue also.
