I have tasted 25 casinos launched in…

I have tasted 25 casinos launched in 2026 and this one is in my top 3 the most appreciated. I had a great experience in creating account and the first week of testing the different kind of slots on the plateforme. Honestly, good experience in deposing, withdrawal and a special thanks to the support team (hahaha I am not the “easy” case, but the guy in from the team managed to answer all my tricky questions ;) )

Support staff is useless. Automated systems are trash.

Support staff is useless. They deny using a *code* as they say I can’t use the Welcome bonus because I already have an account with them but that’s not true. I have no other account. I literally just signed up today. I have no emails from them in the past or nothing this is to me a brand new casino. It’s their automated system or whatever it is that’s flagging. My account is having duplicates while it’s wrong so they need to fix their shit. Other than that. They seems like a pretty trash casino and I can imagine that this initial interaction with me is just foreshadowing how horrible this casino would be I can’t imagine how it would be the process of withdrawing any winnings. It seems like they have bad reviews already, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it based off of my experience, not welcoming at all not helpful and accusing me of having an account already which is dumb because I don’t have duplicate accounts anywhere so thanks for nothing and you guys lost a pretty big player so good luck with that trash casino

To many adds

Loved have several on my tablet, but now wasted with the amount of ads and the length of the ads takes away the fun

Withdrawal takes 3 working days even…

Withdrawal takes 3 working days even though your account is verified. This is very long for a casino.

Update, just got my withdrawal cancelled without any explanation given to me. Contacted support about this but all of that they’re doing is stalling. Is almost like they don’t want to pay you and dont want you to win.

We escalated the matter to our technical team and, as an exception, offered an alternative withdrawal in cryptocurrency, even though this is outside our usual process.
