Good to have automatic renewal
It was good to have time to reconsider the quote before automatic renewal.
Delighted that the actual premium was reduced when it came to the automatic withdrawal from our bank account. Still do not know why this happened but much appreciated.

For the s cond year running I was…
For the s cond year running I was assured I would receive a paper copy of my insurance policy. For the second year running I explained the reasons a hard copy was needed. For the second year running my request has been ignored. There will not be a third year.

Good help, but High premium.
Good help, but being with Kingfisher for almost 4 years and my premium is still around the price i started with in my 1st year, otherwise, can't say anything negative.

Insurance Renewal
I was disappointed by the sharp rise in premium this year when I have not made a claim but when I contacted Kingfisher they reduced the premium to a more sensible price.
In terms of renewal it was disappointing to find I was set for auto renewal which I never do. Now amended.
