It is so amazing to work with genuine faith-based people who truthfully care about each others' success. We went to Dallas to their conference after a very difficult period. We were completely rejuvenated and were prayed for. Went home to so many blessings from all the prayer, encouragement and knowledge we had gained.

I am a couple of weeks in as a student with KIngdom 320. There is a tremendous amount to learn but the information is well organized and the communication has been great. I joined K320 with a very scanty knowledge of residential real estate investing, but oh boy, I can’t believe I can gain all the knowledge I need from K320 through the 1-on-1 coaching calls, group coaching replays, on-demand training, facebook live Q&A, etc. Going through all the different phases or channels of the kingdom 320 website gives us all the vast opportunities to find whatever we need as amateur students.

It was overwhelming to me at first because my thought processes are to easily find deals. As I go about exploring the K320 website and Leadgen320.com, through the coaches (huge thanks to them) I was privileged to meet and learn from and also the support group, I realized that I really need to be equipped first so I can have a strong confidence level when doing deals, wholesaling, and the like. I admit I’m kinda slow in processing the knowledge I’m getting but I’ll get there - to the goal set for the furtherance of His kingdom.

What amazes me most is how God confirms and affirms my undertaking which aligns with His Word and His will for my life as He showed me visions of houses, house keys, dark stuff (showing me that I would encounter challenges and difficulties which are so obvious lately) but He also showed me a vision of a glimpse of His glory to prove to me that He got my back. I do have my faith firmly anchored in Him but I act on my faith knowing that He is guiding me and supporting me. I need to start making money because He gave me a vision of the map of Thailand for my next mission. My company’s name is FOR HIS MISSIONS LLC. It seems difficult … but God is able and faithful to His promises.

I praise the LORD for Jeff’s obedience to His Voice.

We have been with K320 for 4 months with vision to start our own small real estate investment business. After many years with a nose to the grind and employee mindset, we could feel the itch to do more and have a bigger kingdom impact. We have a lot of hurdles to jump but we would have never made the progress we have made this far without the blessing of a community to support; bi-monthly coach session 1:1, access to multiple group coaching sessions per week, education on so many aspects of real estate, progress roadmaps to help with goal setting, systems and templates to help us build the systems and structures we need. I tell you it takes a lot sometimes to break out of a rut. Does it all come with a cost ? YES. Do you have to put in some hard work? YES. Do you need to invest time? YES - Some more than others, perhaps, especially if your starting from scratch. Do you need to be willing to stretch into and learn new things? YES. BUT starting up all on your own will be costly too. Learning and education still costs. Making big uneducated mistakes could prove even more costly. I think you need to be on the right terms for you and have the right motivation in joining K320, but know that there's inspiration here, encouragement you receive from a vibrant learning environment, Christian community, increased opportunity to network, real world knowledge resources and having great heavenly kingdom motivated role models and mentors...This is all worth far more than it's weight in gold.
