Stephen Hesleden assisted me to change over my home telephone & my mobile to Kinex. This was done in less than 45mins on the phone. All forms sign & transferrs will take about 3 weeks for the home phone.
& 10 days for my mobile..
I'm making a saving on both. Excellent service from Stephen & from Kinex... 100% reliable...& trust worthy.

worst experience I've ever had with a company they will lie and deceive you to get you into a contract and then make your life hell. I’ve only been with them for for 2 months and already tried charging me over £800 for water bill i run a small garage and all i have is 1 toilet and 1 sink we only use the water to wash our hands and flush the toilet thats it and they trying charge me £800 for 2 months even after giving them water reading they obviously dont know what they doing costumer service terrible they keep saying they will call me back but never do lie after lie. i'm currently trying to switch to another supplier and from reading online reviews i know they will make me go to hell and back before i can switch. I spoke to one my business advisor who’s currently helping me with this situation and I rather pay him the money to get me out of this contract then pay this scam company.

Very informative and useful conversation was had about the upcoming changes in fibre connections and I was interested to learn about utility discounts if items such as insurance was taken out via Kinex.

Anthony rang out the blue saying Kinex wanted to upgrade the broadband service I already had with them, and reduce what they charge me! He was very patient as we went through the process and I'm now looking forward to a better service at a cheaper cost!

Got through quick, which is always a bonus. I spoke to Louis Douglas who was professional, polite, explained water usage etc, gave me great deals. Best costumer service I’ve had in a while! Thank you again.

The assistant on the phone was very helpful, asking many questions about our business, how we run the business and different ways he could help us.

Shaun helped me get cheaper rates on my card machine for my business was very patient as a lot of times that he or Stephen called I was very busy and it was no trouble for them to call me back at another time. Can only leave 1 review but also want to give Stephen a shout out for saving me money on my phone line and water bill :) thanks guys, it’s appreciated.
