Kindness Official Anmeldelser

Thank you very much for my earrings, they are incredible! High-quality, beautiful, very quick delivery. The order arrived in 3 days. The unpacking was also a great pleasure, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. I’ll order more fore sure.
I recommend the brand!

I wanted to support a small designer - so I bought 3 items off the website ‘kindness official’. The shipping was expensive, and one of the items was delivered broken.
The 10% discount for 2 or more items was more like 4%. 10€ shipping when it should have 3-4 euro to send to Germany.

The customer service was quick to help before I parted with my money. I wrote Gemma an email when I received the goods to tell her one of the ear cuffs was broken. Two emails went unanswered and insta dms ignored. Neg comments on instagram were deleted several times.
Also lastly ! The jewellery is a cheap alloy and becomes orange in a matter of a week. It is not Stainless steel! What a complete joke! It’s a complete scam, and I hope she ends up going to jail for stealing and lying.

I hope this helps new customers not get scammed! I also think Gemma is writing fake positive reviews! Its jot possible that anyone could be happy with cheap alloy jewellery sold as stainless steel!

Great jewelry selection and customer service. They have amazing pieces, very good quality and at a very good value. I had to return one of the items as I purchased the wrong one, and recevied the very efficient and friendly attention from Gemma. She walked me through my options and I received updatrs at very step of the way.

This was so refershing and rest assured I'll keep purchasing from the brand

Extremely fast shipping, excellent customer support with real, understanding and nice people who make you feel worthy their time even if for a small purchase.
I have really appreciated their effort and care. <3

And at the end: the items I bought...I am completely in awe how trendy and up to date they are!

Always beautiful and of good quality products! Always fast and safe delivery! Always great customer support, speedy responses, and resolving any issues in very short time.

Special thanks to Gemma for determing my last return questions and providing excellent service!

I ordered a ring for a present for my best friend, however it was too big for her, so I needed to return it and order a smaller size.
The ring itself was gorgeous...

The return and refund process was intuitive and easy...
Orders and refund were made in a timely manner as stated on the website...

I am very satisfied with the customer service and communication with Gemma!

My latest update as of today is that (after trying to change their scam business name to GetNowDesign) they came back as KindnessOfficial because my 1 star review of their “new” business probably scared them as them switching website names after I reported them literally validated my accusations. So, now they’ve been back up into a corner, on here leaving multiple 5 star reviews for themselves again, one in which they literally clicked the space bar 15 times so that they could push the bad reviews to the bottom. I know you guys are reading this now, so sincerely — are y’all okay? Mentally? I promised I’d try to get this company removed because honestly I've got the time, patience and scammers truly deserve it. While I’m waiting for the reports to go through, I’ll at least keep updating reviews here so that they can stop pushing the bad reviews down xoxo

This is truly the dumbest level scam, please don’t fall for this they’re using a negative IQ to try and manipulate you. Stay safe!

I have bought a set of necklace and earrings. I love them, they are stunning and well made. Unfortunately It's not possible to upload pics of the set here...
Fast shipping and overall good experience.
I'm gonna

shop again :)

The necklace is very well made for the price, I had a little bit of trouble figuring out how to "unlock" it, but so far am very satisfied with my purchase!

I love the cuff I got because it’s adjustable, high quality, and weights like metal, not plastic. It looks great without any other earrings, but also works with small studs. Very recommended, I will come back.

I bought a ring (40+ eur) tha t was claimed to be of stainless steels. Completely tarnished and scratched after few uses. They stopped replying when I asked to have my money back. Fraudulent activity

I have bought the spider chain for the unconventional appearance. Despite owning it for approximately a year, it has not shown any signs of tarnishing. I look forward to wearing it for many more special occasions in the future.

Got a necklace from this brand for my partner as an anniversary present :) 2+ years and they’ve never gotten more compliments on a piece like this one. I’m trying to get them to get me the matching earrings next hahaha

The necklace I bought is even more beautiful in person. The photos do not do it justice. Although the delivery took longer than anticipated, it was worth the wait. I appreciate how it is both delicate and feminine without being overly fragile.

The aesthetics of the collection is really good. I bought a few of them and they are very beautiful. The quality of the material is very good. The design is very unique. Some unique romance, will support a lot in the future!

I bought a pair of earrings and a necklace from KINDNESS and I love them! They are well made for the price and with a unique design. I will buy more for sure!

I got the Baptist Earrings as a gift for Christmas and I'm very happy! They look elegant and the effect is really interesting, like sth shiny drawn in a cartoon. Love them!

A SCAM. NEVER GOT PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, and you will not get a response.
