Hi Linda, sorry to hear you've not received your refund yet. We always refund all returned items the same day we receive them, we have also not received any emails from you. If you could message one of our social media pages instead we should be able to resolve the issue, thank you.
Quick delivery and nice clothing.
Quick delivery and nice clothing.
I have bought 5 items now but have given it only 4 stars as there are issues with the finish of the hems on some articles.

Delivered promptly, well packaged for secure delivery. The top was exactly as described on the website. Well made and a good fabric quality. Hangs beautifully and it is an excellent weight for the summer months. Happy to recommend as a great buy at a fabulous price

Good but not brilliant...
I loved the quality of clothes, and speedy delivery being UK based. I ordered 3 tops and a pair of trousers, all same size, but 2 of the tops were a lot smaller than other one and had to return. £6.05 for 2nd class tracking postage. So please be aware of postage costs for delivery and any returns.

Hi Hazel, thank you for your feedback it's always good to hear both positive and negative perspectives on our product/service. We'd like to point out that having looked at your order the tops you ordered/returned were different sizes and styles with all different measurements (measurements are given in product descriptions to further help customers). We also make it very clear on our website that all returns are the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty/damaged. We can see you chose to send your items back via a tracked service, which is more expensive and also your choice to do so. This is a similar approach to most other online retailers, thank you.

Sadly I have to give a not so good…
Sadly I have to give a not so good review on the Kimble trousers, of which I have two pairs. One pair in navy have been brilliant but the other pair in taupe have frayed at the gusset after one wearing. The fabric is cut very close to the edge there & even tho I just wore them out to dinner with a lovely Kimble top, they frayed & there is a hole!
I have been delighted with all my other purchases from Kimble but I felt I had to point out this fault with their trousers.
