Great killer vanilla stick really good at helping your curb ur cravings and with more time you will have gotten in a habit of eating less and less until you no longer have sugar cravings amazing recommend to anyone

It really works! You have to keep using it, but honestly, no sugar urges at all, I found it especially useful after a meal as that's the time I want something sweet. Give it a go it's not a fad diet. You are just tricking your senses out of sweet cravings!

Delivery was quick and the product smells so amazing! I've been using these when dieting over the past couple of years and I feel like they really do work. When I'm craving sugar I simply take a couple of deep sniffs and the craving appears to go away.

I'd got into a habit of having sugar after every meal - so ended up in a high blood sugar / sugar crash cycle. Killa Vanilla is brilliant because it breaks that habit - as a result my blood sugar is more stable, and I feel so much better overall.

I was recommended this by a friend as I was looking to cut out sweets and chocolate after overdoing it at Christmas. I was very sceptical but I must admit it seems to be working. So far with the help of this little vanilla stick I have managed to steer clear of it. Hopefully it continues.

I have tried many things to curb my sugar cravings, so when I saw an advertisement for Killa Vanilla, I thought I’d give it a try.
I was eating around two bars of chocolate a day, plus sugary things like donuts, biscuits and cakes. After breakfast, after lunch and at night, it was an unhealthy habit. I would use my Killa Vanilla “sniffer” (which is a really nice smell) all the time initially and limited myself to small pieces of sugary treats more often and then I was down to one day a week. I never wanted to fully give up treats, but seriously limit how much I have at any one time. At the end of 3 months, I am craving less sugar and am able to limit myself to one small piece of chocolate or biscuit once a day. I think I will always keep a “sniffer” handy wherever I go, but I am so happy this worked for me!
