Purchased a small double mattress. Customer service was personable and lovely. Shipping was fast and the mattress is perfect. My kid loves it.

Great customer service
Victoria was super helpful in helping choose the correct bed and even all the accessories to go alongside as well as choosing a specific delivery date. When there was an issue, she was very proactive to get it sorted for us - so very highly recommended.

I have the pleasure of working with James and Victoria on the bed I ordered from them. Unfortunately it didn’t work out due to some issue on the bed. It wasn’t their fault but they were professional to let me know that they can’t deliver a faulty bed to me. I really appreciate it.
I bought another bed from another company Boori. Such a bad experience and James was so nice to help me with the problems I was having with Boori. He tries his very best to contact Boori for me to solve my problem. Honestly I feel bad since it’s not their problem but James was still helping me.
I have never dealt with such company that has such high professionalism, helpfulness, kindness and also integrity. James and Victoria are also very prompt in replying my email as compared to Boori.
I couldn’t thank them enough. Keep up the good work. ❤️

Great experience from start to finish. The team was extremely helpful and flexible when I needed to make a change to my order, and they did their best to keep my original delivery and assembly slot, which I really appreciated. The delivery arrived exactly when promised and the assembly team worked quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love the bed, it’s extremely well made and you can really see the quality. Very pleased with everything
We’re really pleased with the quality of the mid sleeper and the customer service was great from start to finish. Communication with Victoria was clear, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the process.
The team who came to assemble the bed were brilliant - they worked quickly and did a fantastic job getting everything set up in no time. (Apologies to them for all our stairs) Overall, a really smooth and positive experience.
