Fast shipping and great quality products.

Item was sent to a wrong address and despite a promise to correct is, this did not happen.
Far too expensive, on another website I saw later the item that was more than 40% cheaper.

My child lost a stuffed animal that isn't made any longer. I found it on Kideno baby, way overpriced, but still happy it was available. They sent the wrong item. I sent them two emails through the "contact us" page on their site, and they never responded. I filed a complaint through my credit card company that the item they sent was wrong. Today, they sent me an auto email asking me to leave a review and said if I needed help, I could reply to the email. I took a chance a replied to the email that I had a terrible experience and was sent the wrong item. Here is their reply: "We got your dispute and answered it, we sent you exactly what you ordered. We are unsure why you think you got something else, Kideno Baby". What terrible customer service to not even ask for evidence that they sent the wrong item.

A scam company which should be closed!

I waited a very long time for my order and when I finally received it it did not work at all.
I wrote to them and also added a video showing it does not work and I want a refund but was told its not their problem.
Since then I tried to contact them several times and they ignored me completely!

Where is my product? Still waiting several weeks later, I have sent an email with no response. Please reply to my email immediately to resolve this.

They are selling my product as their own on their website and also very high price. Its actually very unethical

Bought two items to baby-proof my flat from the website KIDENO.COM.
Only after purchase did I got a notification email letting me know that the items will arrive to my house within 10-14 business days.
One of these items arrived after 12 business days.
The other one was not received.
I tried to explain this issue to the customer service, they didn't take responsibility and insisted that the product had arrived to my house,
which it absolutely didn't!!!
They refused to reimburse what I paid for the item that never arrived and they also refused to replace it.
I strongly suggest to not deal with them.
I could have easily ordered these items from Amazon myself, pay much less and be sure of receiving the items directly.
