Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Ellis, the owner of the company came round to measure and quote. He was lovely, genuine and there was absolutely no pushiness at all! The quote for plantation shutters was considerably cheaper than the two others I had had! I had to wait awhile for them to be made, but they are more than worth the wait. I am not exaggerating when I say they are the best feature of my house, I absolutely love them. The guys that fitted them Adrian and Ash were absolutely fantastic as well! You could say how much pride they took in their job, and they cleaned up afterwards! The only complaint I would have is that ash didn’t know that the complimentary duster which you get is real ostrich feathers ha ! which I must add that no ostriches are harmed in extracting them, and jeeze do they collect dust better than anything I’ve used before! So happy with my new shutters from KHC Shutters & Blinds. We previously had shutters with a high street company but when they came out to re- measure, this time round the guy could not be bothered and didn’t want to talk through what we was trying to achieve with our shutters. I was recommended Ellis by a friend and as soon as he come round he knew exactly what we wanted and how he was going to achieve it. He had all the samples to hand and went through everything to make sure we was on the same page. Top guy and very professional would highly recommend, and great price too 👍🏽

After looking for a company and asking around for 6 months. I finally came across KHC blinds to have 4 sets of shutter blinds fitted. One think I can say is I am exceptionally happy and over the moon with the professionalism, knowledge and the final product. I’m not one to write a review but seeing as we tend to usually go to big well established blind company’s I felt it was necessary to write one in hope it helps someone trying to make the decision between KHC or anyone else. We have just moved in to our new home and required advise on blinds and shutters. Ellis was happy to spend some time consulting us on the best fit for our window, and after hearing his competitive price for Shutters, we were more than happy to work with KHC on our home. Ellis was quick to measure up and the lead time to manufacture is so much quicker than we have been advised at competitors.
