KFC Fairfield Townsville is over charging. Paid $8.25 for a mouthful of potato in gravy. The 6 pieces of GREASY chicken had bones and skin thrown out which was equal to the amount of meat. I paid nearly $40 for this poor excuse of delivered food. Don't hold your breath waiting on another order.

I paid just under $100 for a delivery. 1 and and a half hour later, still no delivery. They oof load to uber. Where are the quality controls? I gave up and closed my gate! Later, the delivery driver dumped the delivery outside. I drove to the Greensborough store, just up the road, and returned the items! Cold! I have been charged for nothing worth consuming. KFC don’t care!

$5.95 for 110gm potato and gravy. Not even full. Come on!!

I usually enjoy KFC, but this visit was honestly a mess. The food came out lukewarm, like it had been sitting there for a while, and the chips were soggy instead of crispy. The chicken coating tasted bland, which is the whole reason people go to KFC in the first place.
The service didn’t help either — the staff seemed stressed and disorganised, and my order took way longer than expected even though the place wasn’t busy. When it finally arrived, half the items were missing, so I had to go back to the counter to get it fixed.
The restaurant itself felt untidy, with tables not wiped down and bins overflowing. It just didn’t feel like anyone was keeping an eye on the place.
Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience, and I left wishing I’d gone somewhere else.

Driver was great, but the restaurant has dropped the ball! Food not too bad, but 45mins for a basic order!
That's before the driver gets it handed to them!
I forgot They only have children running and operating!
Never a adult seen behind the counter!

Cobram kfc what a disgrace tables not wiped down the toilets need some serious attention and the store was not busy staff standing around doing nothing just talking to each other when there was jobs to be done.. Customer came in waited 5mins 25 sec before she was served …it was 3pm in arvo not busy no excuse.. The chicken had oil just dripping off it agian not good enough . I won’t be going back.

Stopped at Goondiwindi KFC. The lady at the drive through was so polite, courteous and friendly. Such an amazing lady. She brightens up your day. The was good as well. 🙂🙂

I decided to chance KFC as a rare treat when I found out they offered cheap delivery - I feel ripped off.
One of my "6 pieces of hot&crispy chicken" looked like a sad half morsel that would barely qualify as a nugget. $15.95 for my "6 chicken pieces", $3.95 for delivery, divide both by 6 and the cost of this single tiny turd of barely food cost me $3.32
The entire "regular size" popcorn chicken... $7.95, was barely the size of the palm of my hand. Extremely poor value for money, not even very tasty, do not recommend. KFC has fallen a long way from the good old days.

Chicken was nice. Coleslaw disgusting, Please, check your coleslaw recipe . Or get in contact with Tokyo KFC , where I eat the best kfc ,coleslaw . Thanks .

I went to KFC today and ordered a Zinger box, my burger just had the bun, lettuce and sauce… NO CHICKEN FILLET! on top of that, my boneless wings were under cooked. Literally PINK! I couldn’t believe my eyes. STAY away from The Hub KFC

The place is disgusting, tables are not cleaned up and staff arr just walking around ignoring the mess.
Floors are dirty what happened to the staff here.

Worst place you could work in, unhygienic and a complete disaster, if you’re not entertaining the managers 24/7 then you get paid less, get treated badly and barely get shifts, lame employees and lazy ass managers, they all need a slap to wake up and do their job properly other than chat abt their miserable life.

kfc Aspley parked a truck and at the doors at 9.40 pm told to come thru drive thru as doors were locked 😭😭doesn't fit but even when opened the door wouldn't serve me went to supermarket for bread and jam.. Used to buy 5+ times per week won't bother again 1 star as they don't take minuses

Too greasy cold not to mention compared to red rooster much more expensive. Red rooster fried chicken so much nicer. Delivery charges are way too high also

the gravy taste different compared to the gravy that i had in 2023 did something change with the favor?

I am not mad about the taste or quality of the food, BUT I HATE how expensive it is to get delivered. You guys should realise, people would order more if the delivery was a normal price, not almost 10 dollars extra for CHICKEN. There has been so many cheat weekends where all I want in kfc, and I cant cause it is so expensive. sigh...

P.S. the gravy tastes different. Love yall

Last evening we stopped at the Pakenham (Vic.) store on the highway. We were tempted to turn around and walk out before even ordering as I looked for a clean table to sit at while my wife ordered. Not one clean table existed and no other diners were sitting inside; no wonder. Separately we visited the toilets which we agreed were filthy. The men's had urine over the floor where useless males had not attempted to hit the bowl and I was concerned about how to get out the door without using the door handle. We decided to order and eat in our car instead and after ordering and receiving a two piece plus a three piece box, we checked the contents before leaving. Inside the three piece box was one reasonable piece of chicken plus 2 thumb size pieces of wing. The two piece box had two decent sized pieces however. We immediately complained and asked to speak to the manger who did not identify themselves. instead, I was offered a drumstick in place of one of the wings obviously to appease me in front of waiting customers. Also there was no pack included in either box that contains serviette, hand towel, spoon and straw. My wife does not drink directly from a can due to hygiene reasons. The staff were a bunch of teenage kids with no obvious responsible supervision. KFC, this is obviously your way of chasing away customers and it has worked. Other reviews I have read complain of similar findings. So why did I take the time to write this; because HQ probably don't realise just how bad it is out there. Or do they?
