Estate planning often sits on a household to do list for months, mainly because the forms and decisions can feel daunting. Keystone Estate Planning is here to make the work manageable and clear. We work with single clients, couples, and families who want their wishes documented clearly and their paperwork prepared to a good standard. Our role is practical and service led. Once we have your details, we draft the paperwork and handle the background admin. You are guided through decisions step by step, with clear language throughout. A large share of our work is will drafting and lasting powers of attorney, with the related supporting forms prepared as part of the same process. We explain each page in plain English so you know what you are signing, when it applies, and what you are approving. At the outset you receive a clear action plan, expected timings, and straightforward progress notes. Some clients come to us well in advance, simply to get everything sorted. Others call after illness, bereavement, or another major change at home. In both situations, we keep conversations professional and easy to understand. We focus on accuracy, organisation, and a smooth process. Keystone Estate Planning is a document support business, not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. We provide document creation and administrative support services. If a legal opinion is required, we ask clients to take advice from a regulated solicitor or another suitable legal professional. The service is built for UK households who want dependable, plain English support with essential estate planning documents.

I chose Keystone off the Internet because of the good reviews they were having and I wasn’t disappointed.
For a 77 year old man operating with a iPhone I found it quite easy to apply for power of attorney, and negotiated my FREE last will and testament.

I needed to get my Power of Attorney (POA) done. I couldn’t afford the fees that the local solicitors were charging so decided to look on the internet and found Keystone Estate Planning, which was a fraction of the price I would have had to pay. After speaking with Luke and getting everything explained to me I decided to go ahead with them, a decision I did not regret. Luke kept in touch with me right through the procedure, as well as the customer care in his absence. I can highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises.
The successful completion of any task depends on meticulous and thorough preparation.
Keystone Estate Planning excel in every department ensuring a trouble-free submission.
