For a technophobe I found it easy to set up a code and, once in situ, easy to operate.

The illuminated compartment makes it easy to place and retrieve your keys, even in low-light conditions.
For full details about the illumination module, visit our resources.
Disposal: Please follow the locally applicable guidelines when disposing of the packaging materials, key safe and illumination module. The key safe illumination module contains a battery and should be disposed of separately from household waste and recycled through a recycling centre

Really pleased to hear you found the ark Tamo™ Pro solid, secure and simple to use 🔐 We do usually hear that setting the code is nice and straightforward, but we really appreciate your honest feedback that it felt a bit fiddly at first — sometimes that initial setup can just take a moment to get familiar with, especially if it’s your first time using one.

Hi Clair, thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! 🌟
Brilliant to hear you’re loving the Tamo Pro — we’re really proud of its build quality, so your feedback means a lot. And great to know the installation was a breeze too! 🔧😊
Installed it for a friend who did not want to compromise on security. After carefully reading instructions (including the video), I took considerable time to install the safe. Compared to a cheaper safe which I purchased for myself, this is not a toy: the quality and strength (not to mention its 2.2kg weight!) is serious stuff. I'd highly recommend the Tamo Pro safe, and would have chosen it a couple of years ago had I known that it existed at the time.

Hi Eddy, thank you so much for the fantastic 5-star review ⭐
“This is not a toy” might just be one of our favourite descriptions yet — especially when paired with that 2.2kg weight 💪 You’re absolutely right, the Tamo™ Pro is built for people who don’t want to compromise on security, and it’s great to hear you took the time to install it properly using the instructions and video.
We love that you’d have chosen it years ago if you’d known about it — better late than never, right? Thanks again for the recommendation and for sharing such thoughtful feedback.
The key safe itself is excellent very secure and well made. However, if you plan to use it for more than one key, this is not the right product for you. It only fits up to 2 individual keys, and even then you have to remove the key ring because it won’t close otherwise. For the price, I would have expected a larger capacity key safe.

Hi Zubair, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the ark Tamo™ Pro is secure and well made. You’re right that capacity is limited depending on the type of keys — standard house keys fit more easily without keyrings, while car keys take up more space. We’ve shared your thoughts with our engineering team as they explore larger-capacity options for the future. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
