We recently rang Key for advice on Equity Release, they put us in touch with Neil Bell. Neil was so friendly, very professional, extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly he listened. Simon Clow extremely helpful
Simon Clow could not have been more helpful in the advice he gave us regarding updating our wills, following taking out an equity release to assist one of our children to purchase a home. Everything was explained very clearly and he responded very quickly to any queries we had.

Lesley Frame gave great advice with understanding and support
I was looking to release some equity from my home whilst preserving some inheritance for my children .
Lesley Frame was very patient and helpful in guiding me through the options, explaining the risks and benefits, and finding a suitable mortgage plan for me. She broke the sessions up at my request, so that I didn`t become overwhelmed by information in any one session.
She also arranged for me to get advice about estate planning . She was always professional and responded promptly to messages I left between appointments. I was very happy with the service she provided

Joe withers made it happen for me , very nice guy, very helpful and went above and beyond for me, highly recommend him to be your agent with Key Release, to take you through the process , without his help I would have probably lost my home, which has allot of happy memories in it of my wife who passed away 3yrs ago.
