The individual meals do not have a plastic film wrap. Mine meals were place sideways in the delivery box. When I lifted them from the box the contents spilled out all over.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Like others, my meals didn't arrive on time, I received no email once I placed the order and most of my meals had no rubber bands on them. Quick online investigation shows they used to use better packaging but now use crap. Anyway, even if everything up to that point had been perfect, I am blown away by the tasteless meals and small portion sizes. 3 ounces of chicken thigh meat (weighed on a scale), along with a handful of cauliflower rice, cannot possibly add up to the 610 calories printed on the box. Chinese chicken, a nice looking meal on the website, was several thin strips of thigh meat with a red color on them, no sauce at all. No flavor either. It is completely from a different dimension from the picture on the website. Cashew beef and broccoli looked not like the strips of beef take-out meal you might be used to but a puddle of stuff that looked pre-digested with 6 limp broccoli florets next to it. It would be one thing if I could eat these meals but when you get something you can't even identify, you have no trust in the ingredients and the possibility of food allergies. As others have said, there is little of monetary value in these meals - one chicken thigh with some riced cauliflower isn't even $5.00 worth. This company should be embarrassed. For those with business savvy, there is a market opening for this exact model that actually works.

For 150$ the packaging could use some work. Love the microwave trays, but 4 or so meals had no rubber bands around them and the trays were tossed in sideways causing the un rubber banded meals to spill.
I kinda feel like I missed some of the complete meals. For me a single person the way they are portioned is a good choice.

My original order didn’t have the correct meals. My second order came 6 days late, and two of the most expensive meals didn’t arrive with rubber bands on the packaging and they spilled out and became inedible in the case.

I wrote in to customer service in three separate occasions and the issue was never addressed. Instead of addressing it, I was asked “what can I do to make this right,” and then, never received any follow up.

This is literally the worst meal delivery service I’ve ever worked with. I’ll never order from you again. Your operations and your customer service are horrible.

I was extremely disappointed in the packaging, I ordered 10 meals and 4 of them were busted open and the contents ended at the bottom of the box it was mailed in. I’m not sure which frozen ingredients belongs to which meal.

Update: I received them a day late, most of them not frozen, and some of them warm or coldish.
They spilled and had packing material in the containers.

I’m waiting for the company to reply with a refund. Unfortunately most of this will be trashed. :(

When I placed my order, the delivery was supposed to be within the week. After the week passed, I asked for an update. They said it would ship the next day. I had to travel and so about two weeks after ordering I received an email saying my order would ship soon. I wrote back minutes later with my new state and address. I wrote again the next day asking for confirmation. The day after it shipped. To the wrong address. No one ever responded so I'm pursuing a refund.

I tried other food services and this was by far the best. Taste was far superior to the others and I like that the packaging was mostly environmentally friendly.

While itis a little pricey, all the meals i have tried have been very tasty and Keto friendly. Makes the Keto diet very easy whether your are social distancing or need a meal to take to work for lunch.

The food was not as tasty as I would expect not worth the cost.

Meals arrived a week later than promised and over two weeks after ordered. They arrived poorly packed without any cool packs and looked as if they had been thrown into the box. Two meals did not have the rubber band keeping the containers closed so half the chicken verde meals were spilled in the shipping box. Cauliflower rice everywhere. No cooking directions were on the label and labels were haphazardly placed as well. My son said they taste ok, but these are definitely NOT worth what I paid, and the entire ordering/receiving process seems very shady. I regret having ordered and will not order again.

Most products were delicious! Especially the beef dishes. Portion sizes were small for some entrees so I was still a bit hungry. And I wish shipping was faster. My keto motivation was low by the time I received the dishes almost 2 weeks later. I’ll try again though with better timing on my order.

Containers hold a freezer smell which makes the food taste freezers.

But not bad. Containers with multiple compartments would be nice.

The food was terrible. Three package wasn't even sealed.

The ingredients are of good quality, and taste good, but the meals are small for the cost.

The food is YUMMY and beyond simple to prepare. I’m very happy with my purchases.

This was my first trying a keto meal prepared program. I was really excited and hopeful to get some new recipe ideas to add to my rotation. Unfortunately, I was a bit let down. First of all, one of my meals arrived open and scattered throught the box along with the packing items so it was inedible. Secondly, I've now tried 4 out of the remaining 9 meals, and the flavor is just lacking. I don't think I'll be ordering again.

Packaging smells and taste not great. No cooking instructions on packaging. Will not buy again.

Wasn't what I expected for the price. I thought the meals would be tastier than they are for the price. I received multiple meals that were received opened with dry ice in them. It left me uneasy and not wanting to eat. Was supposed to receive a refund for those meals, and have not yet received it. Also there are no direction on how to cook the meals.

I love the convenience of just grabbing and going, I love that I don't have to think about what to make. I also love that the food taste really good.
