The reviews were all over the board and had me wondering, but i received my order promptly and the clothes are very cute. I am highly satisfied with my order.

Everything looks well made and everything fit, true to size!

The only negative about my experience was the very long wait time for shipping. Order placed on January 20, delivered February 20. After my inquiry about the delay I was informed 6 of my items weren’t ready for shipment and an order can’t be split. I canceled the 6 items that weren’t ready for shipment and finally got the remaining items. The issue with such a long wait for delivery is why I’ll probably not order from Keppal again.

Everything was packaged well and in excellent condition

Placed an Order for $80.00 and have been waiting for delivery. the tracking number shows it in Elgin IL so I call Elgin Post office and they said it had never left the facility that I ordered it from at Keppal. the tracking shows it in elgin since Feb 12, but it is a false identification of location. there are no numbers to call Keppals, to locate the package

I loved the sweater. The top was a little cheaply made.

The clothes were exactly as pictured and beautifully packaged! The fit is perfect. Shipping took longer than I expected.

My credit card refused credit to keppal designer clothing, ( several different names all say made in the USA) it is a foreign company that says they are made in the USA South Carolina! I have discovered now that The company has many very bad reviews an a bbb alert for bad business practices fraud! Very sad they seem to have cute designs!! Refusing refunds and returns when items don’t fit, giving small refunds on large purchases, items never arriving after month long waits, guess I’m now glad my credit company picked up on a fraudulent business. Think all these clothing companies on line at fb might be the same company, websites look the same, clothes are similar! Very disappointed but be on close alert!

Love the colors. Went a size up but will try normal size since the fit is so generous. Love feeling on my skin. They sleep well and are great looking for lounging

The delay in the manufacturing of the item, caused delay in shipment. The item should have been noted on the website, that it was out of stock. I still would have purchased and would have been aware of the delay.

Was not happy it took over a month to receive but worth the wait. Disappointed i couldn't all the items I ordered. I'm still waiting to see the refund of the item or send it to me.

I placed my order on Dec 16 2024, and immediately was charged through my PayPal account and a confirmation email was sent acknowledging my order, but as of Dec 31 2024 I have received no other update with regard to my order. I have no tracking number or anything other than my order number. Not very impressive. Update, I had to contact them on Jan 3 and again on Jan 13 as I had not received any update on shipping. My last update was Jan 14 and they issued a refund to my PayPal account. Really would have like the outfits that I ordered but once bitten twice shy.

Items ordered did not fit. Keppal would not allow a return due to fit. They only allow returns if there is a manufacturing issue. I responded by telling them the item had poorly completed seams. They still would not allow a return.

Keppal offered a refund of a fraction of the cost. I accepted, but the refund never was made. Total ripoff company. Buyer beware!!!!

The product is very nice and exactly what I wanted. The only disappointment is the one item being canceled so I only received one set.

I ordered several pieces, it took months to show up, so long I forgot I ordered them. When they arrived they were too small (not standard fit) and poor quality material. Didn't look at all like the pictures. I contacted the company and they only allow returned for quality issues and will not allow returns or refund.

I ordered 5 tops, the material used was not as described and not something I would wear. It says on the website free returns in 30 days. That is not the case. They offered me $30 and when I stated I wanted to still return the items, they said no and they would give me $55 dollars. The original ad also stated that the clothes were made in South Carolina. They are all made in China

Easy and fun. Love the clothes/jacket I purchased.

I loved the two piece outfits I purchased but I also bought a pair of pants. The did like the black pants because they were too small and the quality was thin.
