On buying a bargain bucket of 10 pieces of chicken at least 4 pieces were so small there wasn't enough chicken on them for a small mouthful. The paper bags they give you are so flimsy the chicken falls out the bottom of the carrier. Every time I have fries they look and taste as if they are dried up a have been kept warm for ages.

Delivery driver "could not find address" watched on the app as they kept driving around in circles, miles away. Address has been extant as a house since the mid eighties, utterly moronic experience. Waste of time. I have no idea why the service exists, as the drivers cannot even find addresses with a sat nav. Pathetic.

Just returned from Kentucky Bodmin Cornwall.
I ordered 10 pieces chicken only, what I got was 9 legs I guess off a Bantom so small hardly any meat, coating so hard could break your teeth absolutely disgusting. This is the very last time I go there I will do my own at home and save a fortune. That branch has suffered severe issues ever since opening, please employ a least one member of staff with a brain please.

Been waiting since 8 it's now 11 ffs not answering phone!

Drove through shore rd on sat evening. Took my order then as I got to the till any of the order that was ready was sitting there. The guy said rest will be ready in 10 mins. Then a work colleague asked him why he was waiting as all the chicken being cooked was going out in deliveries. I was then offered cold chicken popcorn and a chip for three people! Will not return.

We ordered the Kentucky at this company which has been trying to tell us a driver on the way . Then the driver was sitting at the premier in which was seen on the map probably eating our Kentucky beings as we have been waiting since 10 past ten pm was told it was being picked up at was being delivered by 11.40 pm and the driver said that Kentucky had closed the order but we have no food . Also no refund of apology for this mistake as such it’s absolutely diabolical as I’m disabled and my brother had come to see me all the way from London and we was going to have a nice evening and Kentucky has ruined our evening no food no apology and no acknowledgement that we even exist I’m fuming at this company hasn’t been there for long at Thetford Norfolk London road . They are a joke they need showing up and tomorrow I’m getting in touch with the head office and put in a complaint about this Kentucky there vile . Supposed to be a giant restaurant letting the Kentucky chain down I’ve never heard such a shambolic response too a customer who is awaiting food and beings as I’m disabled unable to go to the Kentucky myself is a disgrace and discriminating against a disabled human being as they know on the app I’m disabled so there basically taking the Micky out of me .!!!! So don’t bother ordering as it’s a shambles .!!!!!!! A big thumbs down from me

Op naar Kentucky, ik had even gegoogeld en zag dat zij veel vegetarische producten verkochten, daar was ik blij mee! Bij de kassa heb ik nagevraagd wat het verschil was tussen de vegetarische producten en duidelijk gemaakt dat ik een vegetariër was. Ook gaf ik aan hoe blij ik was dat deze producten ook bij hen te koop waren. Ik kreeg mijn bestelde menu, ging lekker zitten met mijn laptop om wat tijd te overbruggen en at wat patat en een burger. Toen ik het andere bakje met eten opende, vond ik het verdacht veel op vlees lijken. ik scheurde het open om te checken. Het bleken kipkluifjes! Ik ben naar de kassa gegaan, waar de caissière om onbekende redenen ging lachen, ik kreeg de bevestiging dat ik het verkeerde menu had gekregen maar geen excuses. Een collega van haar gaf aan dat zij een nieuw menu zouden maken. Lekker makkelijk, het kwaad was al geschied. Ik als vegetariër (al 25 jaar) vind dit heel erg. Van de manager kreeg ik mijn geld terug en het mailadres om een klacht in te dienen. Mijn klacht plaats ik hier.
Ik vond het frustrerend en dit incident heeft mijn betrouwbaarheid sterk doen afnemen in Kentucky.

For more than 40 years my family, friends and I have relished your Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings, chips, coleslaw etc
In the last year you have been promoting "HOT chicken particularly WINGS, we do not like "HOT" chicken wings, four times my family and friends or I have visited your BAGLAN BRANCH to purchase Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings and on all four occasions we have been told there are no Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings or there are two or three when we want 6.
Today I go into the Baglan Branch hoping to get some Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings not only for myself but for my three cats who also love the Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings, I ask for chicken wings, chips and coleslaw and the young man behind the counter says if you take 6 chicken wings, chips and coleslaw as a bucket it will be cheaper so I say thank you lets do that. He rings it all up and I pay him, as he is going into the back I say I do want Normal Kentucky Fried Wings, not the "HOT" ones and he says I will have a look and see how many we have, he comes back to say we only have two Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings, so I say but I do not want the "HOT" ones because I do not enjoy anything "HOT", he calls his manager who explains that a lot of people do not order many chicken wings as there is not much meat on them AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I LIKE THEM, AS DO MY CATS !!!! To cut a long story short I walked out with no Normal Kentucky Fried Chicken Wings AND WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN ANY KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN SHOP AGAIN. AM THOROUGLY DISSAPOINTED AND ANGRY !!!!
