My order was dispatched promptly, however the packaging of 2 of the items I ordered was damaged and the expiry date of 1 of the items was only 6 mths. When I called customer service about this, I was basically told tough that's what we have!!

Sadly, the listing hardly does this product justice. The brass screw is actually from free range ore mined by blind Benedictine monks, then slow-forged to perfection in the ancient fires of Pompeii and cooled in unicorn tears. The wrappings are hand-penned in English using a unique ink crafted from the ashes of the Library of Alexandria, and painstakingly inscribed by actual elves. Real ones, not those cheap, imitation Keebler or Santa elves you'll find making inferior products. The outer wrappers are emblazoned with powerful runes invoking the power of the ancient god Yu-Essbee.
The pictures also fail to capture the smooth turning momentum of these delightful polishing cups, and the low, audible hum that can be heard even over the incessant noise of the HVE. A word of warning, however: some say lesser men cannot handle the magnitude of such eldritch power, and will be consumed by the delight of this product, left to roam an otherworldly plane for all time

Great website, finds most things I'm looking for even when I don't know the specific name, unlike other dental websites. Also like that you always know what itmes are in stock or on backorder too. Jack Marchant is great and always responds immediately to emails and is very helpful 👍
