Tumble dryer blew fuses. Came out said nothing wrong.
Tumble dryer blew fuses again. Sent another man out who said it was the circuit board. Next another man came and put in a new circuit board which blew again. He said the circuit board was faulty and would get another. Over a month later and lots of phone calls with little success we managed to get hold of them ( although they did say that they would get back to us and never did) . We were told that we would give us a full refund ( wait in hope)not any attempt to fix. I would never use this company again as I think that they could not change a fuse. So after a month we still have the machine in bits and not working.From a company that prides itself on customer service( I saw no customer service). What makes it worse is that both me and my wife are disabled.

Nick came and looked at our LG washing machine which had sprung a leak despite being less than two years old. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the spare part needed, but did a temporary repair so that we could use the machine until the part was ready. Less than two weeks later, he returned and fitted the new part. Very pleased with the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again for any appliances that may need repairing.

Excellent service to repair washer dryer. Engineer came day after I requested repair and phoned at 9 am to confirm his arrival which was 9.40. Machine fixed and engineer was pleasant, very knowledgeable and took time to talk to us. We would definitely recommend.

Massive thank you to Stuart who quickly diagnosed a fault on my Miele vacuum cleaner. He had spare parts new & second hand ready and the vaccum was ready to collect within hours. I would highly recommend Kent Domestic Repairs & will be calling Stuart again in the event that any of my home electrical appliances break down.
