I bought some seaweed crispes(out of date) my mistake for not checking the best before!!but they were 10 months out of date and I became very poorly 🤮I think this should not be allowed!! However the company refuses to refund me!! Buyer beware ,

Ordered an Ultimate Sushi Kit on 16 December for a Christmas gift. I received several emails to confirm it had been dispatched and was on it's way. However, it didn't arrive but I continued to receive emails that it was being delivered, until I finally received one saying that I was being fully refunded. This was on 14 January. Customer service really poor. Recommended by GQ Magazine. I'd strongly avoid. Hugely disappointing.

Parcel arrived with beautifully presented box with a few extras to what ordered. The sushi kit tastes great and we’ve enjoyed making and eating it. Only thing was good job I chased up via email as my order was delayed being dispatched and it was for a Christmas present. It arrived in time and customer service was excellent. Thank you. Will definitely buy from here again.

Ordered a sushi kit on 7th December for a Christmas gift and it still hasn't even been received by Royal Mail to dispatch it - it's now the 23rd December! Really disappointed as the confirmation email said it would take 5-7 days to arrive. No help from customer service either - I requested a refund and have had no response. Avoid this company

I placed an order for a gift for my sister, but unfortunately, the tote bag that was supposed to be included in the gift box was out of stock and missing from the package. After reaching out to customer service, I received immediate and incredibly kind assistance. Not only did they resolve the issue promptly, but they went above and beyond by sending two tote bags—one for my sister and one for me - and added extra snacks! Yay! :)

This was such a wonderful experience. Their kindness and willingness to help exceeded my expectations. You could feel you were talking to real, caring people.

Absolutely delicious Food thoroughly impressed and it’s great to have everything bundled up. Two of the items had a short used by dates so I contacted the customer airline and they were super helpful and ended up sending me out replacements with much life. It was a present for my wife, so would’ve been disappointing to have it out of date when she opened it. Grateful for the great customer experience.

Phenomenal noodles and excellent customer service.

I purchased rice crackers snacks and they have been a favourite snack of mine. There was a slight delay in it being delivered but I do genuinely believe it wasn't kelly loves fault since they sent it out almost immediately after I ordered it just thay the post office didn't deliver it for about 2 weeks. But I got in contact with kelly loves customer service and not only did they sort it out and my box arrived withing the next 2 days they also sent me some extra packs for free to apologise for the delay which took me by surprise I expected them to perhaps just get in contact with the post office but it was very generous and absolutely made up for the wait, which again to be fair I don't even think was their fault. I'll definitely be purchasing from kelly loves again for all my snacking needs

Got the stuff.
Like other reviews say, you do get the chance of recieving a product that has is almost about to expire, although I don't think will matter for my seaweed.
The products are made in Korea and the sushi rice is the best of all the brands I have tried, while also being the cheapest.

Love Asian food but am always confused as to whether they are vegan or gluten-free. Luckily, Kelly Loves identifies this clearly on each item. Love the Asian snack packages which are super more-ish. Gonna buy more as gifts for my vegan friends…

They are super responsive and the products are excellent, the Kelly Loves brand is nice, there are really quality products, my life and i love it.

It had a 6 week expiry date on all goods purchased. This is unacceptable.

Contact made with Kelly’s who asked for proof. Proof sent and no replies.

You can purchase this item from stores with a short expiry date for 1/2 what Kelly’s charge.

Shameful and Illegal

I ordered a sushi kit, it looked lovely. However, it never arrived. I have tried to contact the company on multiple occasions but I never get a response. I have now cancelled weeks on and I just hope I will get my money back. Absolute cowboys.

Over a week after buying a sushi making kit despite it saying it ships next working day, no information about shipping. I have emailed the company 3 times without a response, awful service would never buy from them again.

I ordered a Sushi making kit on the 11th of December as a Christmas present. Royal Mail tracker shows the parcel wasn't ever handed to them and despite 18 emails back and forth, Kellyloves decided I no longer wanted the Sushi making kit I ordered and processed a refund. Terrible customer service.

It is extremely disappointing. I ordered a gift for Christmas over 3 weeks ago and it said it would be delivered within 5 days. Still haven't received anything or had any contact from the company. No sign of a track my order or anything. Tried to contact the company with no luck. I would echo the reviews below. It’s a shame because I’m sure it would’ve been a lovely gift to give.
