Everything about our 15 day Kekayon Journeys private tour from Jakarta to Bali was above and beyond our expectations. We knew up front that we had a great itinerary, planned jointly with Febby from Travel Local whose knowledge, patience, efficiency and professionalism made this an easy task for us at our end and she spent much time at her end to make it exactly what we wanted. The on-the-ground delivery of that itinerary by Kekayon Journeys was amazing. Diwan, our local contact person was available morning and night and responded promptly to any query we had regardless of when we asked, as well as giving us exact information re daily pickups so that everything always ran smoothly. Drivers were never late, always very professional, helpful, friendly, and safe drivers. The guides were full of local knowledge and taught us a lot about Indonesia, as well as being lovely friendly people and we greatly enjoyed their company. The car was very comfortable. All our guides and drivers spoke excellent English so communication was never a problem. The hotels Febby chose for us were absolutely amazing, as were the train journeys. We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Not only was it an excellent adventure, it was amazing value for money.

I had the opportunity last minute to travel to Indonesia and didn’t have time to do my usual research and planning so i tried Tavel Local which connected me to Kekayon Journeys. And am I ever glad! They by far exceeded any expectations!

Mine was the phenomenal Mr. Dirwan who even came to greet me in person as I stopped in his city.

I can’t emphasize enough this genuine unparalleled care and kindness — from everyone — as I traveled throughout their country for weeks — not to mention their sincere generosity.

Candidly, I feel they went above and beyond to make me happy. They took care of everything.
