My experience was very good. In the purchase and sale of my equipment, which was a camera, and also in the purchase of a Sony 80mm f/1.8 lens. The only thing I would point out was the delay in the evaluation of the product I sent. But in the end everything worked out, the evaluation came in at the price they said it would be, and I am very satisfied with having made this sale and purchase, and I would certainly make more purchases and sales on the KEH Camera website.

The only problem I had was that the lens was shipped with no caps on it. For a expensive piece of equipment like this I’m kind of surprised. I saw no issues with the lens though looked great and it has a total joy and delivery was fast and KEH is great. I just bought three dollar lens cap off Amazon that showed up 24 hours later.

KEH is THE spot for used cameras and camera gear. I've purchased several camera bodies, along with a bunch of lenses and other stuff over the years, and have always had an excellent experience. Their product grading system has always been accurate, they ship your purchase quickly and exceptionally well packaged. Their customer service is always great, you speak to real people who really know and love cameras. I probably won't ever buy camera stuff anywhere else. Thanks KEH!

This is the second used Pentax lens that I have ordered recently from KEH. I am pleased with the lenses, the prompt delivery, and the packaging.

Purchased a used canon EF lens. Graded as Like New Minus. The lens was absolutely perfect when I unboxed it. No a mark on it anywhere. The glass is perfect. No dust or fungus that I can see. I also purchased an EF 100-400mm from them that was perfect as well. I'll be buying more stuff for sure from them.

Got the item I ordered. It's a Nikon D5200. I was pleasantly surprised how great the item looks. Almost like brand-new.

I can always trust KEH to deliver equipment in better than expected shape. I only buy previously owned equipment from KEH. Prices are fair and equipment ratings are accurate.

By far my favorite place for used camera gear! Accurate grading, and some of the best prices around. If you don’t have a trusted source, KEH should be it!

The lens filter was broken. I know that that wa only a small part of the order. Other than that everything was fine.

The Mamiya lens shade was exactly what I needed. It was in excellent (like new) condition.

I got my order. They are very responsive when I contacted them prior to purchasing the camera and ended up buying it. I received my camera in a timely manner. I haven't had the chance to explore the camera yet but it was fully functional and still does not loom worn out even though the description was bargain. It was still in good condition. I bought a Leica 7x35 Trinovid through their website, it was easy to do, No hassles , perfect I would say.
I am very happy with my purchase.

This was my first time purchasing from KEH. I purchased a lens with caps, the corresponding hood and a filter.

Interestingly KEH offered a package with caps, case and hood, but not one with caps and hood, no case. All items are in terrific condition and I'm very happy with the condition of the items that I received. I was a little disappointed that the end cap was a third party cap rather than a brand matched cap. It might be useful to indicate this in the product listing.

I found that while there are good number of photos for the item in the product listing, they are of uncertain value because they are not of the item that will be received. While the risk is low for top condition categories, for the poorer condition items there is a difference between a little wear and tear vs. a ding from a drop.

For now, I've given KEH the benefit of the doubt as it seems that they make up for these shortcomings by being very conservative in their grading process.

I’ve purchased used equipment from KEH before, most recently around 2001, (two lenses and a prism viewfinder for my 1974 Mamiya C330).

As before, the price for the Nikon zoom lens I just bought, in essentially new condition, was less than half the price of a new lens from Nikon itself.

While the shipping notices varied somewhat, delivery was made on the day originally promised.

All in all, a pleasant experience for a very fair price.
