I have been waiting for a five pound Amazon voucher payment since 12/6/2026. Now it is 8/8/2026 and I have still not received it. It just says pending. I have sent them a ticket a week ago but had no reply. I have emailed them today but I don't know if it will help.

I have been a member of Keep Rewarding for 7 years and 10 months. When I first joined them they were really good, but unfortunately over the years they have gone downhill. I have been listening to their "Radio" site and I do earn .35 points each hour that I am listening, which is great. The problem comes with redeeming points for either PayPal or Amazon.ca gift cards. When I redeem, the system says I should get my money or gift cards within 7-10 days. I redeemed for both gift cards on November 14 and I didn't receive them until December 22nd, and that was after writing to them at least once. Then, the most recent redemption was on May 14th for $25 for PayPal. Today is now July 30th and I have yet to receive the $25! I wrote to Keep Rewarding the first time on June 30th, to which I received a system-generated reply saying I should expect to hear from them with 24-48 hours. Needless to say, I did not hear from them, so I wrote again on July 6th with no response, then I wrote again on July 20th and still no reply. I am still waiting to hear back from them, and more importantly I am still waiting for my PayPal $25. I don't care how big or small the business is, they should be able to send money or gift cards within a much smaller time frame than 2 1/2 months! I am a member of a couple of other sites and I can get my redemption within anywhere from 5 minutes to the longest 5 days. Unfortunately, one of the sites I am a member of I can only redeem towards Keep Rewarding or another site that I was member of years ago. Since it takes absolutely ages to receive my redeemed points from Keep Rewarding I am going to have to start using that previous site in order to be able to get my money and/or gift cards. I sincerely hope with this review I will at the very least get my PayPal money, and a positive response from Keep Rewarding. It would also be extremely appreciated if Keep Rewarding also gave me a compensation of rewards that I could use in the future, as long as they get this problem resolved very soon!

I joined KeepRewarding in April 2026. By mid-May I earned enough for a $25 Amazon card. I cashed out on May 15 expecting it to take 7 days to receive as was advertised. After 14 days, I logged a ticket asking for status. After about a week the ticket was closed with no response. I logged a 2nd ticket and have followed up 3 times and still no response. Ticket still shows as 'new' status.
As far as I am concerned it's a scam site and strongly encourage anyone considering them to not waste your time!

no pagan y lo que es peor no contestan los tickets, pedi mi recompensa el 21 de enero, decian que pagaban en 48 horas y nada, he escrito 3 tickets, respuesta automatica de un bot y nada, ni respuesta ni dinero, total scam, no perdais el tiempo

Rewarding Ways stops responding to negative reviews here on Trustpilot as a clear signal they no longer care if their website pays their members or is months late on payments

Since my last review still waiting on payment despite them saying they pay within 7 days,there are other small sites out there that complete all manual payments within 72 hours so there is no viable excuse to leave someone waiting a month for a £1 payment as soon as my payment arrives I will be closing my account,good providers but unfortunately the site owner really let's it down with the payments

eu testei o site, decidir fazer o saque minimo, 1$ dolar, fiz o saque 29 de outubro de 2025 e hoje é 10 de novembro e nao pagaram, entrei no suporte no dia 5 de novembro e diz lá que é atendido em ate 48 horas e nao responderam, ou seja, é um site de faixada, fraudulento, isso nunca me ocorreu pois faço em muitos sites de pesquisas e nessa questao eles sempre pagam mas este aqui nao foi o caso. Ainda bem que eu nao continue pois o prejuizo seria maior

Been almost 2 months without being paid. poor communication looks like site has went out of business

Die Auszahlung via PayPal funktioniert nicht. Ich habe an einigen Umfragen teilgenommen und am 29.06.2025 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1 $ angefordert. Laut keeprewarding Website soll die Auszahlung innerhalb von 7 Arbeitstagen erfolgen.

Am 16.07.2025 kontaktierte ich den keeprewarding Kundenservice, da die Zahlung immer noch auf sich warten ließ. Ergebnis: Heute ist der 28.07.2025, und ich habe weder die Auszahlung, noch eine Antwort des Kundenservice erhalten.

Ich kann daraus nur schließen, dass es sich bei keeprewarding nicht um eine seriöse Seite handelt.

The first PayPal withdrawal took 2 weeks. The second attempt I'm now on day 38. I try to be patient and understanding with people but I'm closing in on 6 weeks here and that's unacceptable.

It's quite unfortunate that I have been waiting to receive just $2 for fourteen days now. How can anyone continue working the tasks if they aren't sure whether they'll ever get rewarded?
The support takes way too long to respond (Tracking ID: 582-U7P-32YY), and even then, there's no sign of getting the rewards to my Paypal.
Maybe they'll pay, in which case I'll be back here to write about it. Though it's still very discouraging to have these long delay in payments.

However, the pay rates are better, so I'd be inclined to upvote my review if I was made whole.

The payment was finally sent. So albeit the delay, it a good place to make some extra cash

The website is mid.
This website has alot of offerwalls, the pay rate is okay

But the payout times are the biggest flaw with this website.
They say they send out 1 cent first to paypal for money laundering laws, and then after 2 days max they'll send the money. Took them 2 weeks after that 1 cent payment.
Then I thought okay, now that the first payment is done maybe it will be faster now, becuase they tell you "Up to 7 working days" Its been around 10, still nothing.
That it takes long time is annoying but whatever, my issue is them not being reliable. If you say up to 2 working days after the cent payments. Make sure its after 2 days, same with the payout if you say up to 7 days make sure it up to 7 days. If you cant hold that timeframe, maybe its time to change the timeframe?

Other than that like I said, the offerwalls and the payout rate is okay/good. So if you honestly dont care about when your money comes in, this is a good website. If you do, I would advice against earning here.

I made the account and not even a week ago, out of nowhere it appeared that my account was marked as an IP conflict and I had never used the site before, so how is it possible for this to happen? Now I can no longer do research and I can't even receive what I earned.
