Smooth process, helpful sales advice and prompt delivery.

The staff on the shop floor were knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. The process of choosing and buying my table and chairs was made very pleasant and straightforward.
I am delighted with my table and chairs, the table is extremely tbh beautiful and resistant to marks or stains and the chairs are also beautiful and extremely comfortable. I love that they swivel as well. All the staff in Keens, including Ben in the office are very professional and pleasurable to deal with.

Great service and communication around delivery timeframe.
Also their delivery partner was on time.

We have dealt with Brian on several occasions. He has been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Any furniture we have chosen has been great quality and delivery drivers always very helpful. Would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service by all. Friendly staff who are willing to spend time with you and help you find that piece of furniture that suits you. Highly recommend.

This store has an excellent range of furniture. All staff I dealt with were helpful and efficient. Price includes delivery and any assembly and all packaging was removed.

Always great experience at Keen’s… really helpful and knowledgeable staff and fantastic range of products. Denise is great to deal with and kept me informed about the delivery status of two new chairs. Many thanks!

First class staff as always. Second to none. A pleasure to visit the showroom. Thank you!!

great shop well set out with great prices

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Attractive layout of store and quality furniture.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish - from all the help and advice we got from Denise and Paul before placing our order, right through to delivery men who were so helpful, tidy and conscientious - each and every time they arrived. After moving to a new home in July, I have had ordered furniture from a few different sources this year (both locally and online) and I can honestly say that Keens were by far and away the best. So much so, in fact, that I don't think I'll order from anywhere else in the future - they were absolutely first class!

Excellent customer service and a fabulous range of high quality furniture to chose from.

Keens Furniture is a superb store, great quality furniture at a reasonable price. The staff Denise, Paul and Amid are extremely helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to ensure the selection and delivery process runs seamlessly.
I’ve just had delivery of my dining table and 8 chairs today, the order was placed only 2 weeks ago. I’m absolutely delighted with them. The delivery guys provided a first class service. They arrived on time, were totally respectful of our home, placing floor coverings before entering, They assembled the furniture in no time at all and left the place exactly how they found it, a credit to their company.
I have used Keens for the past 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed with either the furniture or customer service in that time.
Thank you again to all the Team at Keens Furniture

Good customer service and advice when we were ordering. Delivery made a bit ahead of schedule and on a date and time that we chose. And all went perfectly to plan.

I contacted Keens by phone as I'd sourced a kitchen bar stool on their website after being let down by a local supplier in Dublin. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

Staff all very pleasant.
Held sofa until my decorating finished.
Delivery removed their shoes to protect new carpet.

Excellent shopping experience. Staff in the showroom polite and extremely helpful. Delivery of sofa and chair was timely and delivery staff were very respectful of my home and me. Thank you
