KDW Property Services Ltd have recently completed work to a fire damaged flat, which involved a full strip out and refurbishment. Their team are competent, “time served” professional trade operatives, they are efficient and produced high quality work. Kevin & Trevor are very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to talk to. The team enjoy the business and were happy to discuss each stage of the project. The prices are good when compared to other contractors. They are quick to respond to challenges and resolving any site issues, and will go the extra mile to get the job right. Overall an excellent contractor who will be invited to quote or tender for similar or other building related works.

Had a great experience with KDW Roof Maintenance. Dillion and Pete did a brilliant job on the new roof, everything looks really tidy and well finished. They explained what was happening throughout the job and were both really friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.

we had a dry hip/ridge system, valley repair and vent tiles installed. From initial inspection to final completion Dillion and his team are hardworking and committed to completing the job in hand to a high standard.

Exceptional in every area from initial inspection to completion. Dillon is a brilliant communicator..sent photos and updates daily.
Being an old, terraced property with some difficult configurations there were unforseen problems..the team just got on and found solutions...none of the usual..' Oooh, that's a problem, fraid it's going to cost you' that ive experienced from other tradesmen...the price was the price and they only brought solutions NOT problems.
This was a complete reroof carried out to a very high standard...many thanks to the team. Finally, I was introduced to my new favourite word ' Flaunching' !

Outstanding service and attention to detail. Dillon did a number of jobs for us including a dry ridge system and some roof and gutter repairs. Each step of the way he kept us very well informed and explained exactly what needed doing and what repairs he had carried out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dillon to anyone who needed his services. He goes above and beyond and has an excellent eye for detail and is very conscientious!

Found this company through a recommendation from friends who are very happy with the roof work completed for them. I had some ‘bitty’ repairs with my gutters which Dillon sorted out for me. I’m very happy to get this odd job sorted and found Dillon very easy and friendly to deal with.
