I have been a customer with kcom for around 30 years when it used to belong to hull city council i believe then kcom took overI closed my account on the 30 mar but contacted kcom 2 weeks before that date. As I left the uk,now trying to get bill sorted out it's just a joke they can't cancel the bill because it's been generated 2 weeks before now have to wait another 2 weeks before it sorted
No wonder customers are leaving contacted them 4 times and each time a different answer now been told it would be sorted by Monday just don't kmow why thy cannot cancel the bill but it takes around 3 to 4 weeks to sort never heard anything like it awaiting a refund which takes an other 14 days so total it could take 6 weeks or more for your account to be sorted be cause everything is automated and humans cannot do anything to input details or cancel its 2026 not the stoneage

We had fibre installed and despite them having to come back a second time after needing a permit, Matt and Jake went above and beyond, explaining the process and showing us how to use the app. Extremely happy with the service we received and would most definitely recommend!

Due to a technical hitch with my previous supplier , my order had to be cancelled and then reapplied and Thanks to a nice chap called Dave from the outbound dept he sorted it all out and we then reapplied the contract and it was all done very quickly and efficiently So thanks to all at Kcomm we are very glad to be coming back! KCOM were efficient throughout our installation at a newly built home. The sales person I dealt with was knowledgeable and helped me chose the right package for our usage. The engineer was punctual and polite. They were efficient and tidy in their work. They ensured I knew how to connect to the WiFi by guiding me step by step. The process ran smoothly throughout.

We recently had an engineer visit to install our new WiFi, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service.
From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we were comfortable with how the system works before they left.
The installation itself was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail. They took care to ensure everything was set up perfectly, and the WiFi has been working brilliantly ever since.
It’s not often you come across such excellent customer service, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put in. I would highly recommend this engineer to anyone needing a WiFi installation.

Don’t rely on website; talk
Once I got through to a real local person everything was so straight forward and easy. The website had told me kcom service was not available to me at my address but I knew different. If you need details about their service register for a call back and talk to a customer representative for a five star experience

Absolutely Disgraceful Company!
Customer service is well and truly dead with KCOM. Talk you into a new deal with hidden charges then dont front it up. They promise calls & emails to discuss and then don't contact you. Completely ignored and now I am told they are adding on extra VAT which was never discussed, shameful liars!!

Upgrade to fibre with Kcom
Pleased with upgrade done to my broadband, switching to fibre, Inc my landline. Engineer arrived as promised, kept me informed with what he was doing, respectful of my property, and so far, no problem at all, with my broadband, also pleased with price, not much difference between kcom and other companies, for the package I'd selected.

Great service from techs but router restrictions.
I had KCOM install fibre into the house removing the last part of the journey on copper wire.
Blake and Ellis did an excellent job, timely, clean and tidy and guided me through set-up. For them 5 stars.
For KCOM a mixed message; the Customer Service person was very efficient setting up my new contract and service appointment, unfortunately the technology provided let them down.
The Eero router only had one spare slot and so with TV, Hive and Sonos soundbars/Alexa I was two short.
Blake and Ellis see this problem regularly so pointed me at Amazon for a splitter.
KCOM management are aware of this, I could have been advised when I arranged the service and the guys could be provided with splitters which they currently are not.

I called to place an order with KCOM come Ricky salesperson was amazing and kept me updated every step of the way to let me know what was going on. He also went beyond trying to sort out a problem but I have with my current provider.
