KB Computer Repairs Anmeldelser

I have used Khalifa's computer skills for many years and would not go anywhere else. He always responds very promptly and answers my queries in plain English not using computer jargon.
He is always very polite, very professional and very approachable, even for my basic questions.
I would highly recommend Khalifa.

Khalifa is very friendly and helpful, and is very knowledgeable in what he does. I fully recommend him. He has always done his best for me, and is someone you can always rely on. I have no hesitation recommending him.

Fast, reliable, clear and helpful, I could go on and on about how amazing his service was, but I would recommend requesting a quote and booking him in to find out for yourself. Will be in touch with him if I ever need anything else in the future, and so useful that he does home visits!

Thank you Khalifa you saved our life mending our computer.
Great service
Great guy.

KB Computer Repairs responded to my initial enquiry immediately and arranged a next day appointment. The overall service was exemplary and every complex step was explained in very simplistic terms.
I will not be looking elsewhere for my future computer servicing and repair needs.

Breathtaking Brilliance, don't waste your time with anyone else, this guy is a genius

Brilliant Service. Problem diagnosed and repaired in a very easy visit. Khalifa is clearly an expert and is so polite and helpful. Thoroughly Recommend him and his service.

Faultless experience. Our Apple Mac had developed a fault, I checked online for a local expert with the best reviews and this company came out top. Despite a very busy Saturday for him, Khalifa fitted us in and had it all sorted in no time at all. Very reasonable price for such good service. We'll definitely use KB if we have a need again.

As a first time user of KB Computer Repairs I could not have been more impressed. A complicated problem wa resolved professionally and effectively, and all for a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended.

Khalifa is great, a real expert in his work, and has come to our rescue multiple times. He is knowlegable, extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend his work to anyone needing home or work computing help, advice or migration. He also very kindly made time on a weekend to sort me out before starting a new project the following week, thanks Khalifa!

Khalifa got my pc back up and running, he deleted 32 viruses, and got my internet speed back up from 1mbs to 20 mbs. Great communication, clear, patient and very professional. If you have viruses and malware Khalifa is the man.

Excellent commuincations before the visit and during the visit. Appointement within 24hrs. Issue was resolved

I spoke to Khalifa in the afternoon and he arranged a home visit appointment for the next morning. He was very quickly able to identify the issue with my laptop which had stopped working due to a boot failure.

He is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated whilst he is sorting the problem out. He gave me various options for the repair and once I’d made a decision he continued with the fix. He made sure everything was up and running again by installing all the relevant software and checking that everything worked. He gave good advice about using affordable cloud storage which I took, and he set this up.

We mentioned that we had another very old laptop which had hard drive problems and he offered to take a look at it whilst my main laptop was installing software. He sorted the problem and also advised of where to purchase an affordable battery replacement.

He is a true professional and not out to make a quick buck. He cares about his customers and wants to do the very best for them.

We highly recommend Khalifa, and will certainly call on him again if one of our laptops has a problem.

Khalifa did a great job replacing two computers that had crashed. He is friendly, imformative and professional. We will be using him for all our computer needs in the future and would highly recommend him.

I only had a very small job. It was hardly worth anyones time. However, KB computer Repairs were very helpful. Saw me on the same day and helped recitify my problem and helped explain how i could also help myself. Really helpful, professional company. Thanks again

Really prompt, speedy service and very helpful, got my new laptop up and running and I am very pleased, second time I have used KB Computers and would recommend.

Two computers quickly and efficiently cleaned of viruses. KB has helped me out on a number of occasions and has always completed the work successfully and at a reasonable price. KB does home visits, a service that has proved invaluable

I phoned K B Computer repairs because I saw they had great reviews - I was not disappointed. I dropped my son's computer off at about 9.30 fully expecting to leave it there for about a week as is usually the case with computer repair businesses. An hour and a half later, I received a telephone call advising me what needed replacing. At midday I received another phone call advising that it was fixed. I am so impressed with the service, the speed and professionalism of K B Computers and have already recommended them to my friend who is experiencing issues with their laptop. Excellent customer service, excellent work. Thank you.

Khalifa was excellent in cleaning up my PC and ensuring all the parts were connected correctly, he even recommended me further improvements I could make to the PC to avoid more issues further down the line 10/10 would recommend.
